Stopped in for a quick breakfast but they didn’t have bagel 🙁 collides coffee was good .. regular coffee was too watery … vanilla chai was good .. took them a lot of time to make though . Overall a good experience .. would have been better if they had some breakfast 🙂

They are regular run-of-the-mill Dunkin – which was perfect for what I needed while in the area! Quick, tasty, and reliable. Little bit of a language barrier which was an issue, but I grabbed extra sugar and was fine.

TERRIBLE! No one in the front of the store for over 5 minutes. A line of customers, called to employees, no response. Several customers left the store. Employee was rude, not interested in taking my order. When I told her customers left the store front, she said” That is fine”. This is during morning rush 7:10 am. This is the third time in three stops that I had this experience. Tried to call to give feedback 30 minute wait. Seriously? Not going to stop again despite it being so conveniently located on my way to work.

Worst service ever! Placed an online order to this location and when I arrived there was no one at the counter. There was a long line and according to the gas and subway clerk the dunkin employee was no where to be found. The gas clerk mentioned that we could buy coffee from her and I told her I had an online order. She checked the screen for my name and said “yes, I see it but I don’t know where this guy went”. Waited 20 minutes for the employee to come out and “say we are closed”! I tried to explain how I had been waiting 20 min for an online order and all he kept repeating was “we are closed”. I don’t understand why dunking would take an online order if apparently the employee had no desire to work.

I ordered a sesame bagel, but received ed a plain bagel that was so tough to eat, I thought my teeth was injured. When your traveling you don’t have time to go back and have them fix the problem

Great service here, I was traveling to New Jersey for work and decided to stop and stretch. I am very glad I did. I ordered an iced coffee with a mocca shot and was waited on by a very friendly man. He had been woth the company for over 10 years and was one of the managers there. Thank you so much you made my day.

Everything was good. I only gave 4 stars because the morning wake up wrap only had a half of sausage and a half of an egg in the wrap. I came three times and all 3 times got half of each.
