It is my first time going to Subway. I got The Boss. The sandwich was amazing, I can’t talk very loud, yet they understood what I said. I loved how the employees were kind and they even gave me a free sandwich! Definitely coming back here.

Only 1 person taking orders, slow rude service, the 2 visible workers with long hair, no hair nets at all, the hair is kinda lifted but not fully, the girl working there had long chunks of hairs sticking out her face with no hair net other dude had long thick black curly hair with NO hair net at all and is still in the kitchen creating subs. Food was cold and wasn’t even that toasted. Overall 1 star.

Very slow service, and the guy talked so low I didn’t understand what he was saying and a line was forming, and I did not want to be rude, so I just paid for whatever it is he charged because he was taking forever. I asked to make the subs the meal deal and he was like I’m not charging the meal deals, did you want them? I was like is this guy serious, and other people in line probably thought I was the one indecisive taking forever.

I ordered meatball subs and 2/5 meatballs were hard and burned. I was going to order cookies but saw a fly was in the case. Told the cashier and she could care less. Never again.
