Update: Went back for that burger and wasn’t disappointed. The size difference in the burger included in my $10 box previously vs the *normal burger was like that of a McD cheeseburger and a Qtr pounder w/cheese. I ordered a double with cheese and bacon based on my previous experience and was surprised when I opened the box. Also unlike my previous burger, this one came with lettuce, onion, tomatoes and pickles. My fries were also fresh and hot. It wasn’t busy when I showed up, so service was fairly quick. Definitely the best burger I’ve had since moving here.
Mixed 1st experience with a new location of a regional chain. Service was a bit chaotic, but I got my food quickly even though they were busy. Ordered a $10 box and it was ok. Fries were cold and old. The wings weren’t my favorite either. I prefer naked over breaded, and the buffalo sauce they used had a really pungent vinegar flavor. They also didn’t do a good job of actually tossing the wings in the sauce, and they were half covered. And no comp ranch or blue cheese, I guess you have to order/pay for any? The burger was the star. I could tell it was fresh beef, not a frozen patty. And even being on the small side and missing toppings(meat and cheese only), I still enjoyed it. I’ll come back for a burger and maybe try some of their other items.

Visiting from Destin, Florida and was not impressed. Food was not fresh and was not worth the price it cost. Service was not good. There needs to be improvement for food quality and service. French fries and shrimp came from a frozen bag, and the bread was stale. The hush puppies were undercooked as well.

One patty equals 2 patties at Five Guys. The hamburger was delicious. Fries were a little over cooked for me but some people like them like that. My wife said she will pick this up for lunch for us on days we can’t drive over.

Burgers are big, but not tasty. Lobster tail and shrimp smelled like bleach. Broccoli and potato were both overcooked. Overall it was a huge waste of $50
