I ordered a #15 Titan Turkey (jalapeño cheddar bread, toasted, pepper jack, bacon, avocado, spinach, cucumbers, banana peppers, Baja chipotle, salt and black pepper) – order 3CB37565. I couldn’t eat it right away because I had to catch the train to North Hollywood, and you’re not supposed to eat inside the train stations or trains. When I finally got to North Hollywood station, and was about to eat my sandwich, I noticed there was a yellow dressing instead of my Baja chipotle dressing leaking out of the paper. I opened the sandwich to find the entire order was wrong. This looks like beef or ham, and it has tomatoes (which gross me out due to their soggy texture). This bread looks like wheat. There is no bacon or avocado, which I paid extra for, for each.

They don’t answer their phone. I’m too far to go back and have them make it right. I deserve a refund. I even gave them a tip thru the app. They did me dirty.

UPDATE: I came back the next day. they admitted that they gave me the wrong sandwich. And remade my original sandwich. I appreciate them.

Staff was super rude for no reason. Never had such bad service at any other fast food place before. This subway really disappointed me.

Horrible Experience at Subway – Disgraceful Service and Rude Staff
I had an absolutely appalling experience at this Subway, thanks to the utterly deplorable service from an unbelievably rude employee. This short African American woman was beyond unprofessional—she was downright disrespectful and seemed to take pride in creating discomfort for customers. I asked a simple question about what types of bread they serve, and she flat-out ignored me, refusing to answer. When I pressed, she had the audacity to yell at me like some unhinged lunatic, making me feel like I was the problem for daring to ask! It gets worse. I specifically requested my bread be toasted, but what she handed me was an inedible disaster—not even a homeless person would touch the sloppily thrown-together mess she called a sandwich. It was clear she couldn’t care less about her job or the customers. The negligence was shameless, and the complete disregard for basic customer service was infuriating. This location is a pathetic excuse for a restaurant, and I’ll never set foot here again. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like garbage by incompetent staff who don’t even pretend to listen to what you want!

I’m sorry but this location in the UNION STATION IS THE WORSE ONE than any other subway. I usually get me my lunch there before I head to work. Today I just wanted cookie and the girl with glasses made me go in line just to order a cookie. Like u couldn’t help me while your BIG BAD WHATEVER THAT EMPLOYEE WAS, was helping another. Both him and her and the other lady that works there are freaken rude. The girl with the glasses customer service… I have better customer service than her. Don’t cuss at me sweetheart!!! At my job, we allow the customer to speak on what they have to say and ignore it until they leave. Whatever it was for u to talk back to a customer….Di t take it out on customers! Save your problems at home dummie!

It’s a very crowded subway with minimal seating, only tables. There’s almost always a long line and the service is decent though. The food is typical.

I have had Subway since high school. It good but customer service is the priority. All the ones I always stopped by very excellent service and good quality how they make your sandwich . BUT THIS ONE IN THE UNION STATION, you try to tell them to put MORE” but they act like they don’t understand . It’s like if they serve it with one or two pickles or tomatoes it doesn’t matter if you order foot long. THEY BERLY SERVE OR PUT ANYTHING.

I got an Italian sandwich here while waiting to transfer to a train. The sandwich was fairly mediocre, and the bread in particular was unpleasant. There isn’t any place to sit, so you have to eat at one of the standing tables.

Man this subway is pricey! I wish someone could tell the staff:
“Hey, folks who take the Public transportation, primarily do it because they can’t even afford a car. So, instead of your Beverly Hills price, why don’t you acknowledge that?”
Seriously, with the amount of foot traffic that comes through here, theirs no excuse why they are not outselling everyone. (And all the neighboring restaurants exceed these prices, so their is an opening for a conventional fast food joint. As oppose to this subway for those who breath a little easier.)

The food is good, but the employees can be rude. It was my bad to take for myself napkins that they were not given, and the cashier started to make fun of me with other customer, believing that I did not speak Spanish. So unpleasant.
