They don’t answer their phone. I’m too far to go back and have them make it right. I deserve a refund. I even gave them a tip thru the app. They did me dirty.
UPDATE: I came back the next day. they admitted that they gave me the wrong sandwich. And remade my original sandwich. I appreciate them.
I had an absolutely appalling experience at this Subway, thanks to the utterly deplorable service from an unbelievably rude employee. This short African American woman was beyond unprofessional—she was downright disrespectful and seemed to take pride in creating discomfort for customers. I asked a simple question about what types of bread they serve, and she flat-out ignored me, refusing to answer. When I pressed, she had the audacity to yell at me like some unhinged lunatic, making me feel like I was the problem for daring to ask! It gets worse. I specifically requested my bread be toasted, but what she handed me was an inedible disaster—not even a homeless person would touch the sloppily thrown-together mess she called a sandwich. It was clear she couldn’t care less about her job or the customers. The negligence was shameless, and the complete disregard for basic customer service was infuriating. This location is a pathetic excuse for a restaurant, and I’ll never set foot here again. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like garbage by incompetent staff who don’t even pretend to listen to what you want!
“Hey, folks who take the Public transportation, primarily do it because they can’t even afford a car. So, instead of your Beverly Hills price, why don’t you acknowledge that?”
Seriously, with the amount of foot traffic that comes through here, theirs no excuse why they are not outselling everyone. (And all the neighboring restaurants exceed these prices, so their is an opening for a conventional fast food joint. As oppose to this subway for those who breath a little easier.)
