I went in try have the chicken strips I had heard about, at the counter I asked the young lady do they drop them fresh, she said yes. Therefore I ordered 2 4pc strips waiting in the lobby and it wasnt a long wait I got my bag reached inside to feel the warmth they were warm so I left. I was in the middle of shopping but thought I’d grab a quick bite as not to have to cook since my frozen food was in my trunk, so I hurried home. Got home to eat and the strips were dried out dark brown as if over cooked or out of warming time. This happened at a fairly new store site so I thought the quality would still be good to go but I guess not 15.00 thrown away.

It’s a real sad state of affairs when you order a burger called “the Baconator” and have to search for the goddamn bacon. Compare the picture on the website to the reality. 8 dollars for the saddest, thinnest pieces of bacon I’ve ever seen. Barely noticable in the final product.
Is this really the America we want to raise our children in? An America we can be proud of? Shameful.

I like the food and the employee’s are always great. So why the 1 star? This is the only restaurant that charges me for sauce. My kids like to dip their fries in ranch and this location charges you 50 cents for 1 cup. Because of this they have lost my business. I can get sauce for free at any other burger joint in STV. The Wendy’s on Ellsworth has also never charged me for sauce.

The service every single time has been atrocious by the same kid working the drive through. He acts like he’s paying Wendy’s herself to be there. He throws the whole ambiance off, I know what I’m getting when I hear this dude in the speaker. This dude working the drive through most nights is by far the worst fast food employee l’ve ever interacted with. He takes forever to acknowledge you’re in the drive through reguardless if it’s 6pm or 10pm doesn’t matter the time of night. He doesn’t clarify if he doesn’t understand and just guesses without attempting to communicate. For example tonight I got two jr frosties. I said I had two jr frosties and that l’d like them both to be chocolate. Now you’d think with the October dollar jr frosty coupons that are out right now, thats what l’d be talking about when I said I had two jr frosties… well he doesn’t ask if I had the coupons even though I said I did and then proceeds to tell me that I need to tell him I have the coupons muttering it while closing the window. Again if there was confusion why not just ask if I had coupons given the HUGE nationwide promotion going on with 99 percent of jr frosty orders being the coupon as it’s cheaper to get 6 over one right. Doesn’t say the total clearly ever at the speaker, I never know until I’m at the window and then is always the sassiest dude l’ve met in my life. Definitely not coming to this location l’ve had way too many issues with this dude.

Used the drive thru, it was busy. Line wrapped around the building. We were the last vehicle. They did get the order right but unfortunately forgot all the extra items that went with the order. Straws, silverware, salt, pepper, butter and napkins. Good thing we were heading home to eat! Just a little more effort Wendy’s

First time going to this location, I showed up 20 minutes before closing and they were conveniently cleaning the frosty machine. I had already paid through the app extra and they would not reimburse me. Tried for a second time tonight but showed up 50 minutes before closing, and again the machine was being cleaned. They told me they had some extra frosty still and could give me it, but it would be mixed with the toppings I paid extra for. Then after eating about half of it I found a dead bug in the ice cream.

Honestly this is the worst place I’ve been to in a long time. Every time I go, they find a new way to disappoint me. Things like wrong orders, items, and awful quality food. I really kept trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but clearly it’s not working amd it won’t happen again. I like to think I’m a pretty easy going person when it comes to wrong orders because of my experience in a tough fast food setting, so that should speak volumes. It should also speak volumes that this place got my whole order wrong except for the sauces. That order was one item. Won’t be coming back ever and wouldn’t recommend to someone if their life depended on it. More than likely they would kill you with the food they serve.

Fries are always old, Charge for extra sauces with meals, never have any sodas in the actual dining room you have to ask at the counter. Ive witnessed workers being talk down to by I assume management the last 2 times I’ve dined in.

There were employees just standing around when we walked in to the empty restaurant. As soon as they saw us they scattered and decided that none of them wanted to help us. We came at 4pm on a Wednesday. Don’t hire lazy, rude employees that make customers wait while they gossip and argue over who is going to actually work. The only employee who was kind and seemed like she actually wanted to be there was Alyssa. She was also the only one we saw cleaning. There were so many flies inside and so many dirty tables. With all the time these employees have to gossip, they can definitely clean the place. The next time I’m craving Wendy’s I will go out of my way to go to the one on Rittenhouse.

I gopher every once and a while because its on my way home, but every single visit they mess up my food order. They never get any of the food right. Often they just five me whatever they want I guess. Im over wasting money with this location and never ever getting a correct order. Save yourself the hassle and go to another location.
