Visited this restaurant on 2/12/25 at 8am. Had the extreme pain of meeting Mikki. She had a party of 8 ahead of us that were eating the breakfast buffet. But 2 of them had to go orders to take with them on a road trip they were ALL on. She never once in the 15 min we stood there and watched her make that to go order say “I will be right with you” OR how about “are you eating buffet” i can ring you up real quick! While I do this to go order! NOPE never happened as the line built up and a few people got mad and left!!! All of us were eventually rung up and indeed everyone was doing the buffet. Her attitude this morning was very, very AWFUL. She obviously didn’t want to be here!!! What ever took place in her morning event rub off on us all as breakfast was silent!!!! She should NOT be in customer service if she can’t fit the part and maintain composure with what’s going on everyday in a retail establishment. Haven’t been here in a very long time. Between your floor waitresses and attendants, and now early morning breakfast. I promise I won’t waste my time again!!!

The barista Victoria is the best! Everytime she’s there it’s an amazing experience. She really brings a good attitude and good atmosphere to the customers.

The slots are so tight. Have gone there twice and both times walked out with nothing. We didnt see anyone winning either times. No handpays. Nothing. Dont bother stopping here, just head to another casino.

You have a new lady named Victoria that is working. She is excellent and improves your customer experience tenfold. We have been coming here for years and never left a review because today is one of the first times it felt welcoming. That was a much needed improvement. Good job and keep Victoria up front and working with customers. And the deserts are excellent. Thank You Victoria for being friendly and having great customer service.
