This was the worst food I have gotten from a fast food restaurant in a very long time. I usually only write a review when I have great experiences but this was so bad I had to let people know. Was looking forward to a nice soft spicy Italian. What I got was a piece of bread that was so hard and crusty I couldn’t even bite through it. I thought they baked bread daily what I received was over a week old stale bread. It was uneatable. I had to find some regular sandwich bread in my pantry to move toppings over. Very depressing. I will never go back to this location.

I had to come back and write another review regarding the appalling experience I had today. I attempted to use coupons for my order and their POS system wouldn’t accept them. In order to make a reasonably priced transaction I had to DRIVE HOME and get new coupons to prove that it was their system that was wrong and not my fault. By the time I was done my food was soggy and miserable. The only good experience was the lady working there who was nice but the man was arrogant and stubborn.
Additionally, the man was so stingy with what he was putting on the sandwich, at one point I counted 5 slivers of onion on the FOOTLONG sandwich, not nearly enough to even notice the topping.
In all, just go to Jersey Mikes because they actually care about you.

So slow! Waited 15 minutes in line behind two other people that hadn’t been helped yet. They had one person working, I assume she was filling online orders, but there’s no excuse for that kind of wait. I left leaving the other two in line.

3 times I have tried this location. All times my sandwich was pathetic no lettuce when asked for more, 4 slivers onion on my footling counted 6 olives. Just all around sad sandwich. I paid 16$ for. Next time I can actually get a better sandwich at safeway. Last time for me.

I have never written a review in all my 35 years but this place was deserving. Honestly the biggest joke of a Subway yet. First the who could not understand or speak English made me pay before making me two subs with the least amount of everything I asked for. Pretty simple sandwich, turkey, pickles and lettuce but it was as if these were the only ingredients left on earth and she was guarding them with her life.

The ingredients were prepped so amazingly and beautifully laid out. Everything looked fresh and clean. The employee Amber was a breath of fresh air for a subway worker. She was so pleasant and kind. Bless her!!! So many times I have gone into a subway and was met by mean scouring faces angry to be working there. Regardless of anyone’s situation- to be kind in a service/hospitality position should be the expectation in our country. Amber is doing it right!!! Thank you to the owners of this store for making smart hires like her 🙂

I have visited this location a couple of times now and there is always only a single employee here. It just is not enough to keep things moving at a reasonable pace.
I ordered a sandwich on the app, show up the minute it is supposed to be done (~18 min) and I get it an additional 15 min later. It can’t take 33 minutes to make a sandwich.
If you don’t have tons of time to wait, then I would not recommend coming here.
