Today evening, It was my first time coming to Tropical Smoothie, and the food was amazing. There were two employees working, and they were extremely nice and welcoming. I’m really satisfied with the service and will definitely be coming back.

Used the T-Mobile promo and they said the total was 1.88 so I proceeded to swipe my card and was charged 11.08! They said a manager would call me to issue refund and then processed to ignore me and never call me back.

Wanted to try this place as I usually get Smoothie King. We arrived and asked for there watermelon mojito that was on there menu online as well as on a sign by the registers. Unfortunately, the staff member said they do not sell that one anymore.
Additionally we where standing there for 10 minutes before our order was taken or being acknowledged.
Finally after my friend got her smoothie but without the collagen she wanted because they did not have that either, she got the island green detox with pea protein. The smoothie she got tasted like eating a handful of grass and dirt with the after taste of sand. This was honestly one of the most disgusting smoothies I’ve ever had. Its shocking that they charge $10 per smoothie.
Save your money and go to Smoothie King next door they have way better smoothies, better prices, and better service.

I stop by in location Mt. Prospect to try for first time smoothie recommended by friend. I have to say store was clean, smell fresh. The person behind counter was smiling and look happy. Smoothie was recommended to me and was great. I will be back for sure to try more. To manager: keep up the good vibe and continue to be positive.

It seems everytime I come to this location there is something wrong with my order. Now, the food is good so I dont make a big deal. Regardless of asking for a pesto sandwich I got the chipotle one it was yummy. The smoothie was good too. I’m sorry but I had to comment on this stingy side serving. Not only is it barely a spoonful but it’s got old browning apple in it. Wish the service was a bit better.

If you are expecting to do curbside pickup, don’t bother they are never going to deliver your food to the car. I have always waited a minimum of 10 mins in my car to get my food and have always had to go inside, not sure if they really understand the meaning of curbside pickup.

Brought here by default after we left our original breakfast stop, Starbucks, who had their breakfast sandwiches sitting in pre wrapped plastic on their filthy floor .
I couldn’t be happier that we turned around, walked out and went across the street to Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
Starting with the phenomenal customer service from Brandon, fresh, thoughtfully prepared food, and a bright, clean, and welcoming atmosphere, I can’t say enough.
This was really an experience that my kids and I will never forget. Thank you Brandon for loving your job and taking pride in your work. Every customer that walks through your doors will benefit and return no doubt. Your store will definitely be front of mind next time we drive past Starbucks for a better experience all around.

I love coming to the Rolling Meadows Tropical Café, I came to the one in Mount Prospect since I was in the area, I specifically put on my wrap NO TOMATOES & they still went ahead and added tomatoes to my wrap. I’m highly allergic to tomatoes, this could’ve sent me straight to the hospital!!! I had too throw away my wrap due to this!!! Please do better on reading online orders!!!
