The mall is dead Jade express is the only good thing about this mall. The customer service was amazing the older lady was very kind and I really appreciated both her and the Hispanic girl they were both very professional and nice. I love getting their ginger chicken and potatoes

Best I e had in Gastonia so far and I eat Chinese food probably weekly. The chicken was properly cooked and not tough. I ordered the general tsos (could be spicier but was still good) and the orange chicken, fried rice, lo mein. Egg rolls, crab Rangoon, and those little donut things plus my boyfriend’s plate for right under $50 with delivery. Not bad I’m really happy with this purchase. Can’t wait to try the donuts, they smell amazing! There was no sauce with my order, I forgot to ask, but the food was great regardless it didn’t even really need it. Thank you guys for actually having good food in the area and putting care into what you create. Many places lack that around here these days.

Do Not give these people at Jade Express your ///////////////////////////////This food was disgusting and made me very very sick i had to go to hospital i had gotten Salmonella Poisened from here. Please Jade Express don’t try and reply back with your auto lies.The food was totally dried out. Didn’t look like it through the window. My crab ragoons were hard as hell with no feeling. I truly believe that the only reason a lot of people buy from you because your the only only spot in this Eastridge Mall that really need demolishing.

This place use to be good. But recently idk if its a new cook or change in recipe…but the food is disgusting…greasy beyond belief and bland Ordered eggrolls, burnt and greasy. got the “hibachi chicken” unseasoned and tasted of straight butter and not in a good way. Started to get sick eating it, had to throw away.

This is at the mall food court. Came to DMV and while waiting got Hibatchi Chicken from here. The best such food I gave ever gotten from Gastonia, or anywhere. Just delicious!
