The egg roll seems like it was frozen and put in a microwave. The beef was very light in color. I did not feel comfortable eating it. The quality of the food has gone down, however, the prices continue to increase. I will not be going back.

China Chef is our favorite local Chinese restaurant. They have all the standard stuff you would expect as well as a surprisingly good Thai menu. Our families’ favorites are the pho, pad Thai, shrimp dumplings, and the teriyaki chicken on a stick.

Ordered Szechuan beef. I got exact what I was looking for. Very spicy lovely though you could finish the dish. Great sauce. Only lacking a bit more beef . For that 4 star.

I love China Chef! It’s a local staple and honestly I’ve had some good and not as good meals over the years. Yesterday I stopped in and wanted beef Mei Fun, spring rolls and cold sesame noodles (I had them last in 2019 when I was pregnant so it’s been a while) well I was looking at the menu and couldn’t find it this time. I asked the owner if she no longer had the cold sesame noodles on the menu. She didn’t BUT she was wonderful and made them for me- and today I had them for lunch…… BEST noodles ever, sauce was everything and the snap peas(so fresh). Everything I ate was delicious and as always feeds me for days lol

Decent prices, generous portions. Based on previous reviews, it looks like the way to go is to (1) pay in cash and (2) do pick-up only.

I attached some photos of their menu.

I just ate here for the first time in a year and this is still by far the best Chinese place in the area (a week or two ago I tried another local place I hadn’t been to in a while and while it wasn’t bad it didn’t even come close to comparing and the place I ate at is the one most people around here tend to recommend for Chinese). For $13 I got 2 nights’ worth of Orange chicken and rice. Don’t believe the negative comments, the food, prices and portions are all amazing and though I’ve never seen anyone dining in i for there a little early to pick up my order and the dining area I sat in didn’t have a spec of dust.
I’ve never had bad service here and while the people here aren’t going out of their way to smile and be overly polite I have no complaints.

I went during lunch, placed an order at 12:03 for a full order of General Tso chicken and replaced the white rice with pork fried rice. Total this order cost me about $22.

Service:
They were accommodating on the phone and asked me multiple times if I wanted the lunch platter or the full order to ensure I got what I wanted.

They offered me sauces on checkout and had my order ready about 2 minutes before their quoted time of 10 mins.

I’d say that constitutes 5 stars for a Chinese joint in the service department.

Food:
The general tso chicken was fresh and delicious. Absolutely drowning in sauce and there were about 5 Florettes of very fresh broccoli. Good stuff!

The rice however was bad, one sniff sent me reeling. Not great. Which was a shock when I compared it to the general tso masterpiece I had before.
I took a bite despite my reservations and found it to be overcooked, mushy and stale. I would say they probably made it some time earlier in the week and reheated it for me. I tossed it as soon as I got home.

Overall I still consider my order a success and when I consider the rice only cost me 5 bucks, I’d say they did a good job.

I’ll be back!
But I’m probably headed elsewhere for my rice fix next time lol.

My rice smelled of cigarette ashes. The restaurant itself did not appear to be the cleanest. It smelled of cigarettes and body odor. I also heard what sounded like an open-mouth sneeze in the back with the food! I will find another Chinese food restaurant. This was very disappointing.

Classic takeout Chinese food. Excellent variety. Fast service. Food tastes fresh. Sizeable portions that make for great leftover lunches. Combo platters are a great value. Spice level is modified to customer’s liking — we have a combination of spice preferences at our house, and both those who love spice and those who prefer mild are happy. Highly recommend.

Spent over $40. Ordered General Tso Shrimp and fried rice. I received General Tso Chicken and white rice which I hate . I called back and told the lady and she said well I only charged you for chicken I said you gave me the wrong food. She said well the chicken only comes with white rice. I again this is not what I ordered. She replied “Well”. I said “l am write a review “. She said “ok sorry” and hung up!!
