Ordered dry rub wings that had next to no dry rub in them. Pictures don’t do it justice. Poor attitude. Poor quality wings. Always a good experience when I dine in every week. Extremely disappointing take out in my last few tries there.

This Buffalo Wild Wings location was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t dine in but used the to-go side for a quick pickup. We ordered boneless wings with lemon pepper and chipotle dry rubs, mozzarella sticks, and a chicken sandwich. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. We opted for boneless wings since we were on a road trip and wanted something less messy, it was the perfect choice!

Our waitress didn’t pay attention to detail she was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Not to mention like yeah it’s busy but do you forget our appetizers and when we got it it was missing our king Hawaiian sliders and to top it off our food come out cold and she missed up my drink order like you can’t tell the difference between a margarita and a bloody Mary come on now. Terrible customer service. All locations so far have been able to bake cauliflower wings upon request, due to beef tallow. This location ‘s kitchen refused to do it, and wasted our time. I don’t recommend this location. Go to one with real customer service. Will NEVER come back. (Update: went to another location, and they had no problem doing it.) Reviews here are bad for a reason.

Sunday morning September 7th 2o25 the bartender instead of helping or getting someone back to take out she was too busy trying to find some takeout with the guy in front of her. and the girl in the back in take out had no clue what she was doing and no one was trying to help her figure it out.

Title: Absolutely Disappointed – Worst Service & Food We’ve Had
Our visit to this Buffalo Wild Wings in Shawnee, OK was nothing short of a disaster.
We waited over 20 minutes just to be acknowledged and get drink orders. No one brought us menus — we had to go get them ourselves. When the appetizers finally came, the chips were stale, rubbery, and hard. Our server brushed it off saying they were probably just “undercooked.”
Wings were rubbery, fried pickles were soggy and undercooked, queso was runny, and salsa and guac had zero flavor. The mozzarella sticks were the only thing edible.
Not once during our wait for food were we checked on. After food was dropped, we were ignored for another 30+ minutes. Staff walked by our table repeatedly and never cleared empty cups or old food trays. No one apologized or seemed to care.
Attached is a photo of our table to show the level of neglect. This was unacceptable. We won’t be returning to this location.

We have eaten here 2-3x since they opened and although they have improved service wise in the last year or so, it still isn’t “great.” This time we sat waiting for ordered drinks and to place our food order, in the bar area, for 20 minutes until the manager came by and asked if we’d been helped. She did immediately get us taken care of but not sure what happened to the server. He came out of the bathroom after that time waiting and took our order like he wasn’t missing for 20 minutes. He did great after that but I really feel like they need a tougher training class. The other times we’d been there it was sort of the same situation. However when I have given a less than one star in the past at least now I’ve changed to a 3, so there is still hope!

This was our first visit since BWW moved locations. The employee who works the take our area was really nice. He double checked our order, and gave me a ranch. I didn’t know that we were missing a large fry until we got home. It was my fault for not knowing what we ordered.
We ordered 20 boneless wings. Half of them were dry buffalo and the other was BBQ ranch. I thought the dry wings were pretty flavorless. The BBQ ranch was alright. I ordered a burger and wedges. You wouldn’t think a burger at a wing place would be good, but they have a really good burger. The wedges were a little underwhelming, they were a bit soggy.

Me and my gf showed up to a new location y’all opened up and spent $65 on wings and fries. Waiter was not welcoming and didn’t bother giving us napkins with our appetizers, and never asked about our food. When served with our wings they were over cooked like rocks, dry crunchy where you couldn’t even bite. Fries were over cooked and overall was a disappointing experience. I wish I could say this was great and continue to come back but after this I don’t think I ever want too.
