Food was fresh, sandwich was good minus the poor craftmanship of it. Placement of workers could have been better. It was clear the newer(or slower)person was placed at the more complicated end as well as register when a girl seemingly more capable of multitasking with multiple customers took on the easier task of bread, meat, cheese, and toasted. We beat the lunch rush but the line added up as we got our sandwiches made. We watched as the female kept adding up sandwiches for the male to complete. There was a third person as well who could have checked out customers to make the line move quicker but instead she was out refilling things that weren’t really empty just yet. No real urgency for people on their lunch breaks to get out quickly. As we ate we were surprised by an unwelcome sight. We changed seats and didn’t make a big deal. We were seated next to the door. Just not something you want to see at eye level or above while you eat.

This is a great Subway and the best of the three stores in this vicinity. I came on Sunday the 5th of January 2020 at around 2:30pm. I got exactly what I wanted, and the counter workers were very friendly and fast.
Don’t bother with Zuni or Carslile, they’re both hot garbage compared to this store.

The Manager at this Specific Location seen us coming from Walmart on Carlisle and she told us the Lobby was closed but had a line of people in her lobby. We ended up going to Whataburger across the street for Lunch and decided to never eat at any Subway location ever again.

Great food, this store is always 100% accurate with my orders. Though I always see new faces working here, the staff is always very nice. The one and only drawback is when there is a crowd: The lines move slow, but it may just be indecisive customers. Anyway, I’m always happy with this location.

If I could leave a -10 star review I would. I ordered a 6″ sub on white Italian with shredded cheddar with extra cheese and mayo through grubhub. I paid $14 with a diet coke and apples. I’m on a diet so this was kind of a splurge because of the bread. It arrived quicker than expected which was great. But then I opened the sandwich… No cheese, what looked like a table spoon of dog food and 2 giant globs of mayo. I am so pissed and disappointed. What a waste of money!!!!!!

Very disappointed, ordered with uber eats. Took over 30 minutes to make a sandwich, the uber driver waited for over 25 minutes. In total probably waited over 45 minutes to even receive what ended up being a poorly made sandwich. Will be contacting corporate over this simple error that could’ve been handled way better.

The Hispanic woman whose all done up with makeup is a doll. Not only did she greet me she made food was training an employee handling the register and asked each customer as they were leaving if they enjoyed lunch. “Subway” this employee is an asset please treat her as amazing as she treats your customers!!!

Turkey sandwich was fantastic. Bread was toasted and perfect- slightly crusty on the outside and just a little chewy on the inside. Kind of shocked. I thought I was eating a French baguette in San Francisco. All the ingredients were carefully assembled with the right amount of Chipotle mayo and green chile for a new Mexican. Well worth the visit

Great service! Gentleman on duty was very friendly, Deleon was his name. The card machine was down and I was short about a dollar for my order and he actually pulled a dollar put of his pocket to cover the difference.

Terrible. Going cross country, so we have been alot of these stores, but this one was terrible. Not clean, servers had beards but no net for the beards. The food was awful. You would think, subs from Subway, how can you go wrong? No mozzarella cheese for meatball parm, meatball sauce overflowing from sandwiches. My chopped salad, I asked for my meat to be put on top, instead he chopped it up first then put it on as lumps on top, I asked for a little salt pepper and a sprinkle of oregano, they dumped it all over the meat, so essentially the meat was inedible and the salad was SO salty, I threw away most of it. Colin, next time try less friendliness so you can pay more attention to the food you are preparing. Customers beware!
