This is one of the best sushi places in town and at a reasonable price! My son and I were nearby and decided to try it out. So happy we discovered this gem. The fish was so fresh and everything we had was delicious! Everyone was super friendly and service was amazing! We will definitely be back!

This was a completely disgusting sushi experience. I don’t normally try to rate restaurants poorly without poor service or some extenuating circumstance… however I am absolutely stunned that right now the ratings are so high. I was initially enthusiastic about coming to this restaurant because it’s in my neighborhood. And I absolutely love sushi. I went with my toddler son and husband. Nothing was impressive in terms of decor or cleanliness or anything like that. I would say maybe it sided on the side of less cleanly but it wasn’t bothersome. The person that took our order was really friendly and kind. However, the food itself was absolutely terrible. It was so terrible I didn’t want to take the leftovers. I’m not in the business of derailing the business of kind of people. But I felt that it is pertinent to share my experience.

Best cuts of fish we’ve had in Boise in over 15 years of eating sushi in this town. VERY good quality sushi. The chicken appetizer, btw, has curry in the batter and add a result is super delicately crispy and VERY craveable. Great bowls, good tea, good sake. We’re very happy to have found this place.

I’m so excited about this restaurant! They’re really close to me, their sushi is soooo tasty, and their prices can’t be beat. I feel like fancier sushi places would charge double what they do for this quality level. I’m doing everything I can to keep them in business!! And you should too. I’ve tried several of their rolls and some are too spicy for me, but my favorite is the one with the thin lime slices on top. I dream about this roll… 🙂 I think it’s their Dragon Roll.

The food was delicious and fresh. I absolutely loved the volcanic sushi dish!!! Wow absolutely delicious! I feel the service was ok, quick and simple . The waiter seemed confused and not so confident in his words when greeting or answering questions from the customers. There is always room for improvement. I asked his favorite dish and that is what he advised me to have. I was delightful! I walked in and the wet floor sign was in view so that the customers can see that the floor was wet and we should to use caution. So safety precautions were great! It was just a few customers so it was very nice to have some quiet space to sit and eat while I had my car looked at by the shop.
