This place does not even deserve one star. Our order was messed up and the food we received was not good. The lo mein was covered in pepper with no other flavor and it was dry. The eggrolls were under cooked and cold. The shrimp in the sweet and sour shrimp was overcooked. The pork and chicken was extremely dry. Crab Rangoon was chewy and hard with barely any filling. Do not recommend.

We’ve ordered takeout from here several times now and really enjoyed it. They’re fair portions for the price and have good customer service. I only wish they did dine-in. The lowmein was good. We also tried the steamed dumplings and beef with snow peas. Food is more on the healthy side.

I am not a fan of thinly sliced chicken in my Chinese food more specifically In my fried rice and lo mein. The chicken and broccoli was decent. The kung pao chicken was gross. It almost looked like a bottled glaze as the sauce.

Ordered chicken egg foo young meal…. They poured the gravy all over the egg foo young and it spilled EVERYWHERE! All over my sons meal, in the bag and it made a HUGE MESS! Not only that, but I don’t even like the gravy!!! So if the mess wasn’t enough to make the meal inedible…. Pouring the gravy directly on the egg foo young completely ruined it and made he meal a complete waste of money! What kind of idiot pours the gravy directly on the egg foo young? One ordered Chinese many of times before and never experienced anything like this! Were they trying to hide something in the food by doing this? Or just too cheap to get the plastic containers the gravy comes in? Will NEVER order from them again…… not to mention, they didn’t even include the egg rolls that I paid for! Don’t waste your time. This place is disgusting.

My order of extra spicy sesame chicken was absolutely 3+ days old. The sauce was very very very watered down. I certainly hope that management are not the ones sending orders out like that because I love moonstar. I have been eating the same order for years and it’s never been that awful

This is one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in the area. I preordered my food 20 mins in advance. I ordered “crispy chicken” and shrimp fried rice with no onions. When I arrived 25 mins later, I was told they made a mistake, made curry chicken vs crispy chicken and it would take another 10 mins for make the correct order. I waited another 30mins finally my order was ready. Fast forward I was home within 10 mins, opened my food the crispy chicken was a soggy mess, the sauce was cold, the shrimp fried rice was hard as a rocks like eating pebbles. The free egg roll had spoiled cabbage in it. The entire meal was inedible and I simply tossed $30.00 in the trash. The restaurant itself was slightly dirty, small and I have no idea how anyone eats here more than once.

I ordered from Instacart. The wonton soup broth lacked flavor, the meat filling of the wonton isn’t good. The house special soup had no flavor. They put artificial crab in the soup. Artificial crab isn’t good and it was rubbery. The flavor of everything came across as old. I had the chicken foo young. I was highly disappointed. It was saturated in gravy. I want to control how much I use. I feel that they used flour as the main ingredient. I would describe it as flour with some egg and then soaked in gravy. Egg rolls were mediocre. Will not order from them again.

I had an amazing experience with this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with authentic flavors that made every bite a delight. Not only was the taste exceptional, but I was also pleasantly surprised by the prompt and on-time delivery. It’s evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction. However, I must mention that the person who took my delivery wasn’t as friendly as I had hoped. Despite that, I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommended!
