Loved Rita’s since I was a teenager!!! Great selection, today I realized they have OTHER FLAVORS of custard.. My son’s gelato only had custard on the top and my cherry flavored icee was very watered down!! Should’ve stuck with my Swedish fish! Still love it there and will be back!

The product is fine and tastes great but this has to be the slowest service of all the Rita’s in the area. I live 2 minutes from here but always ends up driving like 10-15 minutes to another location to avoid the headache of this location. Staff moving in slow motion and one person is trying to close up at like 8pm while the line backs up

Very disappointed in this Rita’s location. Ordered a large chocolate custard with Jimmie’s and the young lady hands me a cone with the custard hardly higher than the cone itself. Do not order a large cone here. Small is the same size..I also got a pretzel, they lady checks the pretzel warmer, squeezes it with tongs to check freshness and tells me yes we have 1 left. This pretzel is hard as a rock. I can not believe this.

In a very convenient area. The closest one to me so I go here. There tends to be small mistakes with every single visit. I asked specifically for one thing and the person taking my order gave me only half of what I wanted. When asked regarding this, their response was that they had assumed what they gave me was what I wanted and charged me less (I’d paid the same price, there was no difference). I chose to take it and continue as it was not worth arguing over.
I did try this one again in hopes I’d receive the correct order. Ordered the same thing and made sure to ask if my order came with specifics (whipped cream and a cherry) to get confirmation. I was given the correct order but this time one of the toppings was wrong. Unfortunately didn’t realize until I was too far to turn back.
It’s a great spot but those little mistakes add up and eventually lead one to go to a different Rita’s or a completely different dessert spot altogether.

Worst customer service experience ever. They won’t do anything you ask them to they, offer “their” version of a solution but it’s really just a lack of effort on their part. I’ve tried numerous amounts of times to order large quantities either quarts or gallon and they come up with excuses on why they cannot do it. Simply because they don’t feel like scooping that much into a container. When I was at the store, they told me oh, you have to call ahead. When I called ahead they said you have to order one day before. I called one day before and they said that you have to place the order online. I tried placing the order online and they don’t do online orders at that store. So therefore, it’s nearly impossible to get any amount of size larger than the standard. My guess is they make more money on the ice that is served in small quantities and doesn’t want to sell the large quantity of ice because they don’t make money on that.
This time I asked for my sprinkles mixed in, and they’re like oh I can just lay them. If I wanted them layered, I would’ve asked for them layered again terrible customer service, the women that work there are extremely rude and unprofessional.
Meanwhile, the Rita’s down the street will gladly go the extra mile to make larger sizes on the spot… so they can happily take my business.

Kids love it, but pretty standard water ice. Lots of flavor options and not too expensive. I like that they have sugar-free options that are sweetened with a splenda blend, for those days when you don’t want to say no but also don’t want your kid hyped up on high-fructose corn syrup.

While the water ice was very good as always I felt so bad for the young lady working here she was very nice and very patient with us. Because they didnt know what to pick. There’s this one guy that works there he is very unsanitary. Last year before the pandemic, I had a issue with him touching the cone and ice cream with bare hands. This year with the pandemic he grabbed a sample spoon from the mouth part with his bare hands that he was throwing away for a customer. Then went to go serve the next person without washing his hands. He lifted up his mask to go in the back and came back still with it up. When I see him working I just walk away.
