Placed a very large order to go and when we got home we were missing 2 meals. They refused to replace the 2 missing meals!!! Told us to bring the order back!!! After all the other meals had been 1/2 eaten????

Food was absolutely delicious definitely try the wings, noodles and spring rolls. Don’t skip out on the sizes and everything came out really fast. Sat and ate here, mostly people just ordered and left.

Food is ALWAYS excellent! It is also quick and fresh as I can normally pick up within about 10 minutes of ordering. I would definitely recommend ordering takeout though as the atmosphere is not appealing and the person behind the counter is not receptive in the least of anyone actually sitting down to eat.

They completely messed up my orders. I had two orders – one for my friend and one for me. They put them in one bag. Two orders should be put in two separate bags. I’m a vegetarian. I don’t eat any beef, pork, chicken, fish, shellfish, seafood. They got her order right, but mine was totally wrong. I couldn’t eat any of it because it all had meat in it. I won’t be coming here anymore.

I accidentally ordered from here while ordering through the BeyondMenu app. I’m actually glad I made the mistake. The food from here is actually pretty good. I got fried dumplings, spring rolls, crab rangoon, and since my order was over $15 I got free fried wantons. The fried dumplings reminded me of the Chinese restaurant near my old apartment, which is to say, very good. I ordered delivery and my order came quick. The delivery person was friendly and I had no issues. Overall, I would order from here again. I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews of this place.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this restaurant. I had ordered some food online through GrubHub and waited for an hour for it to be delivered. After that period of time, I called and asked if my order was on its way. The girl on the phone was nice, but unintelligible, and was switching languages during the conversation. It was very challenging to understand her. I got out of the conversation that she’d be coming to my house in another 30 minutes with my food. I waited the thirty minutes, then forty, then forty-five…. I called again and she told me they had cancelled my order. Personally, I find it rude that they never called me back to tell me they had cancelled it. I didn’t have any dinner that night because of it (well, I cooked, but that’s not the point). I demanded a refund, and she said she would take care of it. It’s been four days and I still do not have a refund for my meal, which was never delivered to me. I am disappointed and hope this doesn’t happen again to anyone else, because the food is quite good. The service just needs some work.
