The workers here are extremely rude. The food isn’t even that good. There are other pizza/Italian restaurants in town that I like so much more, but my husband likes Dominick’s. There was one really nice delivery man here, but I haven’t seen him in a few months. They act like they cannot be bothered with customers. I ordered for pick up once and I stood at the counter for a full minute before the one man behind the counter acknowledged me. He was too busy watching TV. Our delivery orders from here are often cold by the time they get to our house and once we waited almost two hours. Today was my final straw. My husband likes one particular, and expensive, pizza from Dominick’s. He ordered it for delivery today. They delivered the wrong pizza, and it was also about $10 cheaper than the pizza he ordered. I called the restaurant to tell them about the mix up. The first man answered the phone stating that I had reached Dominick’s. I explained what was wrong and he went silent. He told me to hold on. Then another man picked up the phone. He spoke with a very heavy accent and said that he didn’t understand me because he didn’t speak English well. He also said I reached the wrong number and that this number was his personal phone. This was after I called the same number which is listed on the pizza box, on the website, and in the Slice app. This is also after the first man answered the phone and said I reached Dominick’s. Never again. I am so done with this restaurant and the horrible service. I am not giving them any more of my money.

Ordered again. Wanted it well done, said we’ll done….. it is NOT well done. Went in to pay the owner was not there, so I was ignored. Pizza is awful, not even well done. I am NOT happy. Make sure and check your order prior to leaving

Not from area, was just passing by. Stopped in for lunch Ate a slice of Sicilian and slice with cheesesteak green peppers+onions. I was Shocked it tasted very good by looks of the store itself looked like a hole in the wall. Store needs freshening up but pizza was good. Nice people. Will eat again if in area.

The pizza was excellent and they were able to repair it very quickly. In all it took about 10 minutes. The price was reasonable the ingredients were fresh I have no complaints. I was expecting a little more after my friend raved about how amazing they were but it was still good.

Worst experience I’ve had in awhile. I ordered 2 cheese pizzas. I ordered online, and I received an e-mail that my pizza will be delivered in 10 minutes. An hour later, I still had not received my pizza. I called to check on the order, and the man who answered was extremely rude. He told me it was out for delivery, to give it 5 minutes, and hung up on me. I didn’t receive my pizza until 25 minutes after that phone call. I live 8 minutes from Dominic’s, but it took an hour and a half to deliver my pizza in total. Needless to say, my pizza was cold and we had to heat it up to eat. I will never be ordering from here ever again.

Placed an online order. They charged me, sent an email saying it would be delivered within 30 minutes and no one ever called. They just never called or delivered food. On top of that, they wouldn’t answer the phone. Kept my money and didn’t follow through with any service.
