Sucks sucks sucks. They are getting worse as time goes by. Crappy.portions higher prices and a staff that I feel is not properly trained and they don’t all seem like they care if you ever come back. I hate mayonnaise and I frequently have to tell them to switch knives when they cut my sandwich. The list is too long to say everything. Here’s my opinion…. Go to Walmart and by the makings yourself and have a family sub night and skip the crap train called subway. I stopped going months ago.

I ordered online a titan turkey and the sweet onion chicken teriyaki subs for pick up. The turkey did not have the right amount of meat for the titan turkey sub and the chicken sub I asked for it to be toasted and it wasn’t. Not impressed with this Subway location. Definitely not worth the $20 I spent.

Employee yelled at another employee who was sweeping and ignored customers. Another employee stood and watched and then took care of a customer who had been standing there the whole time. The employee who was sweeping finished sweeping and then took care of me. I won’t be stopping back any time soon.

The young gentleman working tonight was extremely polite and friendly. He made the honey barbecue chicken sub absolutely perfect! Excellent service and excellent food. I would highly recommend!

Tried to pick up my order, and it wasn’t ready yet. Two people tried to help but the second didn’t recognize what the first said and asked me. The first probably tired to help too much. Then the second assumed I was making up a name for the order when i was answering the first worker the name of sub on rack. It was weird. Then the nerve to ask if I know the people ordering the subs because I don’t know what Chips they liked as they were out of original ones ordered.

Wish I could rate the service ZERO STARS You know it’s bad when someone takes their time to write out a paragraph for a review.. Today I went to this location for the first time, I was served by the “manager Sharon” who was extremely rude! I asked politely for avocado and she rolled her eyes like it was a big deal even though I am willing to pay extra! Id say she’s a very rude employee and bad role model for the people she’s around. Thats what you call a liability… if you want good subway with no trouble your better off going 5 min to Mohawk or little falls.

The female employee that works in the morning is completely miserable! If you don’t like your job get a new one! Made our subs wrong, wrong ingredients. At first I thought she was just having a bad day but it’s been everytime she has a customer she is horrible and miserable but the second she gets to sit in the back on her phone she’s happy.
