Cyrus and his team member absolutely knocked it out of the park; literal artisans at work. This has been the first time in a long time that I’ve seen a Subway location so spotless, freshest possible ingredients, and overall great efficiency during lunch hour. I don’t care if I have to drive out of my way to come here. Bravo, roll credits!

The two guys that were working there were so rude! The shorter guy that’s the “manager” was the rudest! The haven’t been to a subway in years so I was asking questions and he kept rolling his eyes and throwing out dirty looks and pushing us down the line. They only had 3 customers so it wasn’t like they were busy.
He pushed us on down to the taller, younger Asian kid who couldn’t hear our orders coz he HAD HIS DAMN AIRPODS IN HIE EARS!!! The manager hadn’t told him that I wanted to try the cheese dippers. So I once again had to tell the kid taking our money that I had ordered then cheese dipper things. He was like “what”?No idea what you’re talking about so I had to walk back to the front of the line to show him the picture. He had no idea what they were.
When he finally got the dippers out to us, I went up to let him know they didn’t have anything on them. Him and the manager proceeded to tell me they only have a little cheese on them. I called BS! I looked it up and there are 3 different kinds. They are supposed to be a foot long and have pepperoni/cheese, chicken/cheese or double cheese.
They refused to correct the situation and again. Rude rude rude. As you can see from the picture, they were six inches long and very tiny amounts of cheese. They were so bad I could only eat one bite. And the dipping sauce was the worst!
It’s too bad these two young men don’t appreciate the fact they have jobs is because of their customers and try to make customers happy. After getting home, we looked at the receipt and sure enough I had ordered the pepperoni and cheese dipper and NOT ONE PEPPERONI!
Never again!!!!! Calling the owner tomorrow.

Bread was stale. Had to look under the spinach to find meat. Hardly any meat, tasted awful. I deleted the app. This place wasn’t busy so why was the sandwich made so sloppy?? Not good at all. I’ll stick with Jersey Mike’s.

Been here a few times since starting work near here. Every time I’ve had Gorlock the destroyer make my sandwiches, she has barely added any toppings I’ve asked for and when I ask for more im met with attitude while the you gentlemen who works there actually gives me toppings beyond just the meat and cheese provided. With my last mobile order aswell Gorlock pretty much held my *first* mobile order hostage because google pay works so differently with every other food app that my name displayed is never the same. My legal name, frank. My preferred name, cooper. For some reason, sometimes it uses my Gmail as CDaiger. With that said, im literally showing Gorlock the receipt on my phone, time stopped for minutes before as she refused to give me my sandwhich. I have never once had this problem with the tualatin location when I walk in and say “hey, I have a mobile order for x sandwich and x deal”. I will not be buying from here again until she is gone if even then.

Store is clean and all, but the food was literally not edible. I went in last night to get a sandwich and the guy sent me and my girlfriend out the door so that he could take his lunch, so we ordered our sandwiches on the app so that we couldn’t be refused again and all I can say is the way this was made was absolute retaliation. What do you see when you look at this wet slop? ITS DISGUSTING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. About to throw up just looking at this mess, this isn’t a sandwich, it’s some kind of slime bread soup. Can’t even have it out of the bag for one minute without it completely saturating everything in a 12″ radius with slime. 13$ for slime burritos, come and get it at your local subway at 2am

The to go orders I made on the app were completely wrong. You can see the receipt showing MANY more items than made it to my sandwich and the ingredients that are there are few and sad looking. I order from here at least once a week and this was disappointing.

Only reason I went to a subway is I had a coupon. Last 5 times over like 7-8 years I’ve gotten totally sick so yeah only worth the risk at that $5-8 price point. ordered footlong sandwich, get to register. Of course the coupon has small print for like the sandwich with deli meat even though I had no turkey on it (turkeys gross). But they gave this deli sandwich a fancy name like the beast. Guy tells me that my $8 dysentery sandwich is $14.99, my coupon no good. I tell him alright you have it and walked out. Then I went to Panda Express and got Full of protein and veggies hot fresh SAFE food for $10.
Sorry guy I know it’s not your fault and you definitely did a good job. My apologies if I made you feel like you did something wrong it’s really not your fault. Besides the brown lettuce and fact I had to not order tomatoes cause they were whack. But the corpo made a silly “gotcha” coupon. Like they don’t realize that nobody actually WANTS subway, just willing to bend for cheap. So it’s easy to walk away from.

The employee seemed unhappy and the sandwiches were missing ingredients and pepper was in one spot. Roast beef was cut with the grain and bread was stale. I’m done with them.

Tried ordering online and accidentally order to a wrong location that was about 15 minutes from the one I was at, which admittedly is my fault, but i tried calling 5 times and even before they received the order when it was processing, no answer. Get to the store and see two employees and ask if the phone ever rang and they said they “couldnt get to it” and i explained i was calling to cancel my order the girl proceeds to say “well i can cancel it for you now.” well i already made the extra drive for no reason so might as well pick it up here. just to find a squished soggy mess of a sandwich. I’m beyond frustrated. How hard is it to pick up a phone for 5 seconds? Especially when you get 5 calls back to back, doesn’t that seem urgent? Fair warning to double check before you hit order because they will NOT help you.
