absolutely horrible! the girls taking orders were rude, playing loud music and talking on their cell phones. the restaurant was filthy. floor and tables sticky. we ordered 2 meals with over 12 wing -all over cooked and hard. they had 1 ranch left and I will never eat here again. My husband and I walked in at 10:28 PM, and the employee said they were not taking walk-in orders, only DoorDash. This was confusing since the website shows closing time at 11:00 PM. She then claimed they were closed due to a winter storm coming on Saturday, even though today is Thursday and the store was clearly open for delivery orders. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Disgusting environment, horrible service, and roaches inside
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings was so appalling that I feel obligated to warn others. Do not eat here if you value your health or your time.
First, the service was incredibly slow and rude. The staff seemed completely disinterested in being there and acted like we were inconveniencing them by ordering. We waited far too long for our food, only to have it handed to us with no napkins or utensils without asking.
When we finally got the food, it was a disaster. The cheesesteak was dry, gristly, and barely warm like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. The fries were soggy and cold, and the wings were tiny and overcooked. Completely unappetizing and not worth the money.
But the absolute worst part was the environment. The dining area was filthy; tables were sticky, floors were covered in trash, and there was a general greasy smell that lingered throughout the establishment. To top it all off, I actually saw roaches scurrying along the baseboards near the counter. It’s clear they have a pest problem and do not care about basic cleanliness. If they are that careless in the dining room, I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Ordered a chicken California through uber eats like I do so many times. This had never happened to me before, they literally gave me chicken peelings, like it wasn’t even pieces of chicken just the peels inside the sandwich. Cheese wasn’t even melted like also. Smelled horrible as well. Not sure why anyone would serve this to any human. Disgusting. Will never order again.

Waste of time no wonder they got 3 stars, thought It was they are new (they are not new they been there a couple years but I didn’t know) and gave benefit of the doubt, walked my behind in the Walmart which is annoying but when I got there I see like 10 family’s waiting for food, lady at front said 20 mins wait. Smh 3 people on staff is normal yall got to hustle fr fr if you know the one in the parks mall or Alvarado they hustle them orders out. Ain’t no urgency here and it’s killing the business clearly owners need to restart completely.

Grabbed a Philly cheesesteak and fries with a lemonade. My daughter said it was very good. The bread was fresh and the beef was tasty. The fries were probably frozen but well prepared. Honestly surprised she was so happy. She’s a picky eater.

Every time I vist this Walmart I tend to want to enjoy me some Charley’s. Easy to because it inside Walmart by the Deli
I must say the last couple of visits they were very good.
The atmosphere was pleasant.
The staff were very polite and friendly.
Cri the manager was extremely professional and courteous.
My food was really good as you can tell.
Stopped for a quick bite.
The chicken and fries were delicious
And instead of taking it with me.
I sat down to enjoy it. There was ever asking if I needed anything.
Second visit I tried the Philly Cheesesteak and the Chicken sandwich both well prepared.

Purchased a wing combo which is falsely advertised as including a drink per the posted picture, $12+ for 6 wings and an incomplete order of fries YIKES!!! Also purchased a self dispensed beverage and they were out of the one i wanted, this kids left in charge need some adult supervision, i wouldn’t be surprised to find health code violations inside the kitchen.

I ordered the small with extra meat $2.50 extra with mushrooms. This is a cheese steak establishment…this is no better than a frozen cheese steak from Walmart. I will be going to Stevie D’s and S&S Cheese Steaks…they are worth the drive.

It’s 10:10. The restaurant is open and even google maps says they close at 11 pm. We stood there for about at 3 mins and when We were ready to order when the employee was done looking at her phone said: “ we are close”
