We’ve had pretty bad luck lately at this location. We stopped by last week after a long day of traveling and went through the drive through. Both our large 4 ways were missing onions and had only one small bag of cheese for each. The three way we got was missing and had to go back through the drive through line, and then upon getting home I had realized it had hardly any chili on it, it was dry. While the employee was bagging the coney it looked like she dropped it and was confirmed when I got home and it was completely flipped in the container. Ended up calling the store and speaking to the manager and she gave us a a credit for next time. Well tonight was the next time and it was just as bad. Got home and saw that we were completely missing the chili cheese fries and had to drive back to the store to get them. The large 3 way had almost nothing in the container. There was only one small bag of cheese given for two 3 ways. The buns on the coneys were stale. Just really disappointed yet again.

Drive through customer service and food quality is terrible at this location. Your drive through order will be wrong 75% of time at this location and expect your 3 way to be 90% spaghetti topped with a token amount of chili. Do yourself a favor and find another Skyline location.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a number two two cheese coneys and a large Coke. Two cheese coneys the hot dog tasted like chemicals. Very disgusting. What are you cleaning your grill with?

Terrible service, everyone is high and can’t make food right. Asked for cheese hot dogs, they didn’t put cheese on them, asked for a cheese fry and they dumped oil in the container all over the fries! Asked for large drinks and they said they were out of large cups and didn’t ring the drinks in as regulars. This happens every single time, we won’t be coming here anymore.

Skyline on Cincinnati Dayton West Chester has gone to hell since new management. The place was extremely dirty, and saw them using same gloves doing garbage and then touching food. Girls talking and just hanging out instead of cleaning.

I’m not going to knock the restaurant just because I didn’t like the Cincinnati chili. Our server was very friendly, the food came out quick, the place seemed clean and I have nothing bad to say about the restaurant. But I can’t give it 5-stars because I didn’t like the food. Cincinnati Chili is just not for me. But I had to try it at least once and the shredded cheese was good, so there’s that.
