The best açaí bowls in Colorado hands down! The toppings are fresh and really good quality. Is the granola handmade? Its so delicious! I live in Boulder and anytime I’m in the Springs this is a must stop for me. Sadly nothing in the Denver area even compares so this is the only place I can get my fix.
I would also love to see some warm bowls like an oatmeal bowl for the colder winter months added to the menu.

Stopped by Toastique for breakfast while visiting town for the day. We really enjoyed the healthier and cleaner food options. Service was great and prices were not too bad. We went with the Avocado Smash and the OG Acai. Both choices tasted great and we would definitely come back again!

Everything was fantastic. The matcha bowl was cold and delicious, not too sweet. The avocado toast and smoked salmon was big, tasty. The coffee is good too. Number1 place, must visit if you like clean healthy food with taste.

Stopped into Toastique in downtown Colorado Springs after a morning walk and it was the perfect choice. I ordered the Cure cold-pressed juice (pineapple, apple, and spinach), which was light, refreshing, and just what I needed to recharge. For food, I went with the tomato burrata toast topped with ricotta, pesto, fresh tomatoes, basil, burrata, and a drizzle of olive oil—absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and balanced without being too heavy. Service was quick and friendly, and since the restaurant wasn’t very busy, it made for a calm, relaxing breakfast spot. There’s also convenient off-the-street parking, which made stopping in really easy. A great place to enjoy something fresh and flavorful in a laid-back atmosphere.

This was my first time at Toastique, I had gotten a gift card and figured I’d give it a try. The two ladies working today were wonderful! They greeted me with a big smile and helped through making decisions from the menu. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have sugar free syrup options for coffee. I had the smoked salmon toast and it was amazing! Fresh and delicious. I was surprised by the large serving of salmon and it was served on an adorable board.

I visited Toastique in Colorado Springs and had a mixed experience. While the place itself is nice and the food eventually tasted okay, the service left a lot to be desired.
I had asked them to leave off certain toppings, but those were added anyway to my smoothie bowl. On top of that, they accidentally charged me for an extra item I didn’t order — so I ended up paying for three things instead of two. The smoothie I ordered was overloaded with coffee, had lots of ice chunks, and was watery and poorly blended. I had to ask for it to be remade, and while it did come out better the second time, it was still more watery than smooth.
What made the experience more uncomfortable was the attitude I received when I politely asked them to fix it — it felt like they were annoyed, as if I was the one who messed up the order. It’s disappointing to feel like a burden for simply asking for what you paid for.
The smoothie bowl did taste good after removing the toppings I didn’t want (including peanuts, which I had to discard on the floor).
Overall, I would say the food is okay, but the customer service needs serious improvement. I would recommend the manager speak with the two women working on July 7th, 2025, as their attitudes don’t reflect well on the brand. With a little more attention to detail and better communication, this could easily be a five-star spot.

Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. The fresh ingredients were spot on!! Be prepared for a lot of food. We ordered the Smoked Salmon Toast, Tomato Buratta Toast, and Avocado Toast with egg. Then, a CocoColada bowl. Mercy.. we made it through about half of all of it between the three of us.
The location is a delight on a Spring day and very very clean! Go enjoy!

We tried their Smoked Salmon and Avocado Smash toasts along with Superfruit smoothie, everything was so delicious and fresh. Place has a very green vibe with fresh healthy ingredients. Server was so energetic, nice experience.
