The ONLY thing holding me back from giving them a full FIVE STARS is the price – don’t go expecting to not come up off some cash (but they are 100% worth every dime)!!
1. They go above & beyond to please their customers (within reason)! My wife ordered the Smashed Burger Loaded Fries & had me ask them to put everything on the side (because she weighs stuff out for calorie counting) – and as you can see, they put everything in its own little container! More than that, they put the little containers into a box to keep things neat – they didn’t just toss it into the bag!
2. Their portions (at least the fries) are MASSIVE! The last picture is AFTER both the kiddo & my wife ate on them! I got a single patty melt & feel that it was priced very fairly! And we didn’t even finish all of the onion rings either!
3. And the most important thing… THEY’RE DELICIOUS!!!!!!!! The Bro sauce is a little sweet, but my wife absolutely loves the spicy little kick it has (she guesses they add cayenne).
10/10 would definitely go back! We’re going to have to add this place to our “Treat Yo’self” rotation!

Stopped in and first impression — super clean space and we were greeted right away The menu and ordering process were simple and easy to follow, which I always appreciate.
I ordered a patty cheeseburger combo with a loaded fry and a tea. Total for one person was $26 — a little on the pricey side. The burger was decent, a good portion size with average flavor. The fries were a bit of a letdown though — the cheese sauce was pretty watered down and lacked flavor.
Overall, I’d give it a solid 7/10. Good experience and great service, just a few things that could be improved.

We tried this for the first time today, although I had sticker shock because it is a basic establishment (not a hole in the wall) and the prices were higher than expected. We did self-service ordering and they don’t have a large menu, it was hard to make a decision on what to get. We did chose to do the traditional smash burger. The don’t offer a kids menu which was a bit surprising. The drink options are limited and the fountain soda didn’t taste great. Back to the food…they were fairly busy but the food was cooked to order and was quick to come out. It was obvious upon first bit it was incredibly different than other burger places. I did notice the buns were also a different maybe higher quality bun, it was a nice touch. It was absolutely amazing! Not salty like other smash burgers but very well seasoned. As you can tell from the photo they were all picture perfect! The fries and onion rings were hot, fresh and not greasy. This place is absolutely the best burger restaurant in the Ark-la-tex hands down.

Amazing burgers. I came in just to try it out. That burger secret sauce is so good idk what’s in it. I got the bacon burger and found out after it’s made with beef bacon. The burger wasn’t greasy and just tasted clean. They just opened up so service is kinda slow but worth it. I’m coming back to try their other items.

First visit here and it was pleasant. Placing our order was easy. Both my husband and myself ordered the five smashed burger (it was huge), one a combo. The food was fresh and the drink strong. I do however feel like it was borderline salty (just a bit) and just a tad bit over cooked(almost dry). The fries were good and fresh, buns were soft and the grilled onion was a great add to the burger. We will visit again. My husband and I were both pleased.

Went during lunch and it wasn’t very busy. The cashier greeted us and she was very friendly. The food was prepared once we ordered it. The order was accurate and hot. You will leave full. I ordered the single cheeseburger with regular fries and a drink. My friend ordered the chicken philly with no veggies, cajun fries, and a drink. His fries didn’t taste much different from mine. The burger was seasoned well and good just right (juicy). It’s on the pricey side for lunch as everything is individually priced. About $40 was spent.

I finally tried five bros and I gotta say, The burgers are actually good. They aren’t too bad and the size of them is great. Definitely worth the price. Though… I didn’t come there for the burger, I really came there for the philly cheese steak. I was kinda disappointed though. Hence why I gave them 3 stars. I Love Philly cheese steaks, But it’s so hard to find a good one in Shreveport. I was hoping they could end my search. But unfortunately I will have to keep searching. The problem with their cheesesteak is, not enough meat and not enough cheese. Taste wise the flavor is there. But without enough cheese the meat kinda just falls out the sandwich. Idk if they offer the option to double the meat and cheese but if they do, I’d be willing to come and try it again. But if not, I probably won’t be back…. But either way if you’re looking for a good burger, definitely check them out. Their burgers are actually good. Also get the signature sauce on the side. That way you can taste it to see if you like it. But definitely go check them out!!!!!!

I ordered a separate order of Cajun fries (not a side) smothered in cheese and their special sauce… please look at the photo. I paid almost $8 for LESS than a handful of fries with NO cheese and NO sauce. Make it make sense?
