We both had Thai tea and the chicken spring rolls. Both were amazing. I ordered the Wagyu stone pho bowl and my husband ordered the lobster stone, pho bowl and added shrimp.
We had very good service and the food was delicious. Such a fun experience, adding our veggies, rice noodle’s and our meat to our pho.
We will definitely be going back!

This restaurant had delicious food and the decor is beautiful. However, the service is abysmal. It’s unfortunate, because we were the only table eating. One person working and she’s so unfriendly, they won’t likely be in business long.

In photos and at a quick glance, the restaurant seems to be elegant and well decorated. However, the termn “don’t judge a book by its cover,” holds true here. The restaurant looks unfinished.

When we came in, there was only one person working the whole front of the restaurant. After being seated to our table, it took the server 15 minutes to bring out menus and asked us if we wanted anything to drink. There were only 3 other tables filled. One table was already done eating and we’re just sitting there chatting. There were also 3 dirty tables where clients have left, but the tables haven’t been cleaned yet.

We ordered bún tôm thịt nướng with chả giò (vermicelli noodle with grilled pork and shrimp and eggroll), gỏi cuống (spring rolls), and cơm chiên gà (chicken friend rice). For the vermicelli, the grilled proteins were dry and tough, the eggroll had so much taro as a filler in there that I barely tasted any meat. The fish sauce was bland. For the spring roll, the dipping sauce was also bland. The spring roll itself were filled with a ton of veggies. For the chicken fried rice, it was decent. The fried rice itself was well flavored, but kind of soggy, not dry, like fried rice should be. The chicken was not cooked with the fried rice, but seemed to have been steamed or boiled separately and the pieces were big chunks. Not how fried rice should be. #UncleRoger would rip this fried rice apart “haiya.”

The server would walk up the the dirty tables and take one plate away at about 10 minute intervals. My family was there for about 1 hr and none of the dirty tables that were there when we got seated were completely cleaned by the time we left. She was on her phone the whole time

There was only one server in the entire restaurant, and she couldn’t speak English well, which made communication really difficult. Service was incredibly slow, and we were patient… until the food came.

I ordered strawberry smoothie (plain, cant taste any strawberries favor), a Northern Vietnamese noodle dish and my friend ordered the pork with steamed rice. Here’s the shocking part: the tomato on the pork dish had visible mold on it. Not just old—moldy.

We immediately told the server, but she gave no explanation, no apology, and absolutely no solution. We were still charged full price for the dish with spoiled ingredients.

This is a serious food safety issue, and the lack of accountability was beyond disappointing. I love Vietnamese food, but I won’t be coming back here again. Eat at your own risk.

We found a new pho spot! Actually, we’re more excited about the larger menu than most Vietnamese restaurants. Last night, we ordered two bowls of pho, lemongrass beef bun, spicy bun bo hue, shrimp fried rice and some fresh pork+shrimp rolls. The pho broth was a little too black peppery but everything else was delicious. The service was good and interior is nicely renovated to feel more lux than before. Looking forward to going back to try more of their dishes!

I stumbled upon a glowing review of this place on Facebook. Let me tell you, that review was a load of hogwash. The food is downright atrocious. The audacity of this restaurant to pass off beef ribs as short ribs is beyond me. Not to mention, the meat was as tough as nails and there was barely any of it.

Don’t even get me started on the staff situation. The hostess, server, and wait staff are all rolled into one. Can you imagine the chaos? When our food finally arrived, the server had the nerve to touch our fresh veggies with her grubby fingers. Disgusting.

To top it all off, most of the tables were filthy. I wouldn’t be surprised if the rolled into one hostess, server, and wait staff also doubles as busser. I’m pretty sure she was the one making the drinks as well. What a disaster.

Disgustingly pricey. There are plenty of other better Vietnamese restaurants in the valley.

My family was thrilled to try out the new restaurant, but our excitement turned to disappointment. The front staff lacked proper business management skills. Initially told a 30-minute wait, we ended up waiting an hour for a table and an additional 20 minutes for our food.

There were plenty of empty tables and a bunch of confused staff standing here didn’t know what to do. Yet they refused to let us in. Poor management led to many people being turned away, leaving them disappointed.

The inexperienced waiters, despite noting our order, repeatedly forgot it, returning three times to confirm. They also not informed us of unavailable items when they handed us the menu. Though friendly, the lack of training under poor management was evident.

My family might not return unless there are improvements in their business operations. The food was just okay.

Very nice decor, reminds me of viet nam. No drink display on the menu but I did got strawberry fruit tea, was very sweet so if you don’t like sweet i dont recommend. My cousin said the bun rieu and pho was pretty bad but I got filet mignon garlic pasta, it was good, tons of beef, buttery. I think it has more potential if it was a western inspired asian restaurant
