Terrible service. I got a blizzard with a bad banana I took it back for a replacement. No apology was made and the second one was even worse. It was as though they just could care less about taking care of me and I threw the second one away. Horrible horrible experience. I would never recommend it again.

Need more staff for a busy Friday night. Poor worker was doing her absolute best. I watched her truly cater to a mother and daughter. Went above and beyond fixing shakes because the person didn’t know what they ordered and going into great detail about what’s in the shakes. Definitely something she shouldn’t have had to deal with having a bunch of people in line waiting. I was touched by her kindness and saddened by the lack of help and lack of appreciation from the customers.

I went with my family about a week ago and I have never been happier. I tried a turtle pecan blizzard (I think that’s what it’s called) and I absolutely loved it. My last trip to this location was in September of 2014, so I don’t know if it’s still under the same management and stuff. But the place was amazing! I ordered the Banana Cream Pie Blizzard on a few different occasions and it was DELECTABLE. Seriously. They were very generous with portions and the flavor was absolutely on point. If DQ still had that on their menu, I’d probably drive all of the way to Mesquite from Las Vegas just for one. That good.
It is a little disappointing that they don’t serve food. But overall not a big deal. They serve ice cream and that’s what’s important

We went to this DQ tonight and ordered a hot fudge sundae. The girl at the window took our card and was gone for like 2 minutes then handed it back and shut the window without saying anything. A couple minutes later, another girl came to the window and handed us the sundae and then grabbed a spoon, with her bare hand, and handed it to us by the part you eat off of haha. Weird interaction and we just threw it all away as soon as we left.

I waited over 15 minutes and not one person took my order and they both knew I was there and didn’t even acknowledge me. Not to mention they were both extremely rude. This isn’t even the first time I’ve walked out of this DQ.

I’ve been disappointed the last two times I’ve been here. I really craved it and went to get some and the first time they gave me something different than what I ordered, and I will take responsibility for not going back in and getting the right one, and the second time I got the “French Silk Pie” and the “pie crust pieces” tasted stale like they’d been sitting out for a long time. I more than likely won’t be going back which is rather disappointing as well because of the lack of treat places around here.

Driving though town and happened to stop by for a quick snack. Ordered 6 sandwiches “ONLY” sandwiches. Which included 1 turkey blt, 1 grilled chicken, and 4 chicken bacon ranch sandwiches. The girl who took our order read it back correctly, got to the the window and she took our money. Waited 30 minutes for our food, then she gave us 4 sandwiches which were incorrect. Gave us 4 grilled chicken sandwiches and a different girl (blonde) came back and gave us our other 2 sandwiches. We informed her that we ordered 4 chicken bacon ranch sandwiches, 1 grilled and 1 turkey blt. She instantly got defensive, grabbed the receipt and told us it was wrong and that she needed to keep the receipt, didn’t once ask if we wanted a copy or let us see it. We have 5 people with us which includes myself, we all heard the girl who took our order read it back correctly. For the blonde girl to come back and state that we were wrong is not okay. She had a bad attitude and quote said “we can remake it if you want” which to me i find rude. She should of said okay that was our bad let us make this right for you and fix this. But we honestly told her it wasn’t worth our time and left. Ate the plain tastless sandwiches she gave us and were not happy with the service we were provided with.. Unless you want to deal with bad attitude blonde brats then don’t come here because even if she is having a bad day she does not need to treat customers like this especially when this is the job she picked.
