My husband and I were in town for a concert later in the day, and wanted to explore the city a little. We both were excited to bet on lunch for whoever could win bowling haha.
We walked in from the main entrance, were greeted and asked if we wanted 21 or over or family. We live in Las Vegas so for us that was new. However, I appreciated that because, then we could be in an environment with similar interests.
We were able to get a drink quickly, and our waitress stopped by a few times. They had the Sunday football game on in the bar section, and that was nice to see; as we hadn’t seen many local bar vibes on our drive.
We also really enjoyed the fact that it was bowl by the hour. Because it was bowl by the hour they had mini game versions of bowling. We played the angry birds version, Halloween version, and robots version. That really made the hour worth it because the mini games were 5 frames instead of the 10. They also added an additional virtual reality vibe to such a classic activity.
Overall, this place was good for a day time excursion. I’m not so sure how it would be at night, but we loved driving through the town and visiting a local hobby place. I also loved that it was a little off the highway, so we could see what some of the day to day city life looked like on a Sunday.

Our lane was broken the entire time. It kept not putting 1 or 2 pins back. When we informed them they said they would fix it later. 20 minutes later a guy came by and said he fixed it, but the game kept reporting a score of 1 on gutter balls. We informed him again and he said it’s impossible to fix tonight. After about 10 minutes it began not putting pins back again. For the inconvenience they added 5 minutes of time, even though we lost much more than that trying to figure out what was going on. The lane was lane 12.
I tried one last time to talk to the guy at the front desk instead of our server. He literally walked away from me mid sentence when I was trying to explain that, yes, they said they fixed it, but even the mechanical issue was still broken, not just the wiring issue. Like, full on walked away and didn’t want to hear it. I tried to press the issue with him, but he began treating me as if it’s unreasonable for me to expect the bowling to work at a bowling place. He claimed they put 25 minutes of time on, and honestly I believe that he thought he did that, but it must have been the wrong lane or he didn’t hit save or something. It only added 5. He was extremely dismissive and rude. Rather than escalate further, I settled on just leaving this review.
Afterwards, we wanted play the arcade with my niece. Their air hockey doesn’t count scores about 30% of the time. We tried guitar hero and the right guitar doesn’t register all of the taps. I didn’t inform them given the above experience, but it seems nothing is maintained well here.

Save Time and money. Over price bowling and arcades games that are 3 “credits” but each credit is a dollar bowling for 3? ?200 with a time limit Food? $40 pizza that literally had raw dough And if you smell like weed they will refuse to serve you. Bowling is not as fun s you remember just go to a bar or the old bowling lanes are still $30 a frame not by the hour

I will refrain from returning to this establishment with my associates. Upon discovering a fly in my ranch dressing, I brought it to the attention of a female manager that was on duty, who only offered a discount on my food after I had spent nearly $100 on food and bowling. I had a thoroughly disappointing experience. Furthermore, I felt unsafe at this location, as they seemed to allow anyone entry to the 21-and-over section where alcohol is served.

Wife and I come to play pool a few times a month. The wait staff and bartenders are awesome, they are always warm and remember us. Shout out to Tiff who makes our usual drinks when we walk in. Free pool on Monday is our favorite. Nice big patio, decent food, fun atmosphere, usually not crowded except for bingo. It is the best Pins & Ales out of all the locations. It’s our go to spot for sure, keep up the great work!

Because of how attentive Becca is when it comes to serving she is really attentive to her guests. She makes everyone feel like family as well. You guys are extremely lucky to have her as a bartender and server. Because of her service I’m now a regular. I honestly think that she has the best bartender and server in the salt lake valley. I love that she goes above and beyond to take care of everyone’s needs in a quick and efficient manner even in a rush. Thanks Becca keep up the amazing work.

As a regular, I spent hundreds of dollars every weekend, but will never come back to this place. The bartender was very rude and disrespectful. Every time we go here the staff especially Alisha and Shar are the BEST but all of the staff is great no matter what time of day you go. They have pretty darn good food options and the quality is also very good. This location is by far the best one they have.
