Everything is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made — you’d never even know it’s gluten-free! Their sugar cookie with raspberry jam is out of this world — hands down the best thing I’ve ever tasted. I’m so excited to have a gluten-free bakery in Wilmington. I ordered a birthday cake, and it’s gorgeous! From just a quick phone call, the owner knew exactly what I wanted and was so nice. I got a lactose and gluten-free cake and it was delicious!! And moist, if you’re gluten-free, you’ll know that’s a big deal. We also got a coffee cake which was amazing.
