12/12/2025 While I was ordering I noticed a young black male ♂️ who was takin my order rolling his eyes and acting extra while I was ordering. It seemed like he disliked his job. I asked for a bowl, a drink, and two egg rolls. He only charged me for the bowl, so I requested a drink and two egg rolls. He rolled his eyes again. Not sure what his issue was but won’t be returning to this location again. Also very small portions.

This Panda is my fav. It is managed way better than any other panda I’ve experienced. They actually care about their customers. There is even a welcome feeling when entering, and not the usual cold corporate chain restraunt feeling. Who ever runs this store Your doing a great job. Wish they could all be like this one.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Panda Express yesterday. I walked in between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM and the store was completely empty—literally not a single other customer in sight, and only two cars in the drive-thru. Despite there being 4 or 5 employees working and a clean, empty lobby, I was completely ignored. No ‘hello’ or ‘be right with you.’
I was eventually helped by Tyler at the front, who was remarkably rude. He acted like taking my order was a massive burden. Beyond the bad attitude, the food quality took a total dive. The portion sizes were abysmal—I barely got any chow mein, and for the price they charge now, it felt like a joke.
The service didn’t get any better as the transaction went on. Tyler didn’t ask about the rewards app or if I needed anything else. I had to ask for sauces twice, which seemed to genuinely annoy him. Then, I had to ask for a simple water cup three separate times because he kept arguing that he ‘didn’t charge me for a cup’ instead of just listening to my request.
It is unacceptable to be treated like an inconvenience when I am the only person in the building, especially when the food portions are that stingy. Management needs to address Tyler’s attitude and the lack of consistency with their servings. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually appreciate your business.

Went in today and received the most horrible “service”. A black guy was doing my order and I told him I wanted the fresh green beans, he then tells me no that I am getting what is there. Did not want that and he still forced me to take it. Threw my plates in the bag. I asked about my receipt and he said “it’s in the bag” I check and it wasn’t. When I mentioned that the receipt was not in the bag, he just walked away. Definitely needs better customer service and will be taking this to corporate. Maybe call off if your day is horrible or step your money up.

They have always been efficient in their prep and delivery. There was one time an order was missing an item during the lunch rush. They wasted no time making it right. Excellent proactive customer service from ALL the staff. Thank you so very much!

Hugo puts food on your plate like it’s coming out of his paycheck. Also when I got to the register he automatically gave me my total without asking if I wanted an appetizer or drink. Just bad customer service all around.

Google map should update this joint as it’s shown as vacant piece of dirt, granted it’s new. It’s the typical Panda Express the usual dishes and prices. But to be honest the portion is lacking for the price you pay.
The dining area is decent and clean and courteous staffs. Plenty of parking space adjacent to Jack ‘n the Box.

Made an order for pick up and was disappointed when my partner arrived with the food because the plates were not even a bit full to begin with. The staff was rude to him because he didn’t match up the name on the order because it was under my name even though he had proof of the order ( I sent him a text of the screenshot of the order). I will be contacting Panda Express personally.

Today 11/14/25 I was ordering food over drive thru, when i was going to the window an employee name JAYDE, (young lady) right away i notice she was with bad attitude, and she just told me the total amount of my order, i wanted to ask her a question regarding a gift card that i was carried with me, but right away JADEY TOLD ME, YOU HAD A CAR BEHIND AND YOU TOTAL IS $, so she not even let me ask her anything and she was getting even more mad, being rude,
