Sbarro at sawgrass mall has the most excellent customer service. The pizza was definitely baked by jesus and every disciples. This is not just a taste it’s like a real life food orgasm. The place is exceptionally clean and only two employees were out front and African american man and a pretty spanish girl they united and provided excellent, quality and service beyond means i was flabbergasted. Excellent food, excellent cust care.

I’ve been to many Sbarro’s, and would like to say I have an idea of what the pizza is meant to be like. If you had given me this location’s slice for a blind taste test, I woulda bet my college fund on it being cafeteria pizza. The slice was sweating grease, had no structural integrity, and the crust had a spongey texture with no crisp. Breadstick was pretty good and the sauce was on par.

While the chain is nothing better than adequate, this establishment does a better job with its ingredient selection and cooking process. Do not waste your time. If you are a member of the birthday club I suggest you go to another location. GM would not redeem my birthday coupon. When I asked the contact number for the headquarters I was told, “Find it yourself.” You owe it to yourself to have excellent customer service whether a local or tourist.

The best sabaros I’ve been to as of yet. The crust on the pan and thin crust is perfectly crisp. It’s somewhere between a cracker and lightly toasted bread. I wish they had a parking lot so I could pick up a pie right now!!!

This branch deserves 0 stars. Went twice this week and both times left without a pizza. The first time i asked for a plain cheese slice and the woman told me they didn’t have any more (it was the middle of the day on a weekend). I am also a member of the Slice Society and went today to redeem my free slice, but they refused because the “manger” there said it had to be printed. This is seriously the worst branch i have ever seen and too bad since i live right across the street. It is very obvious they don’t care about customer service since they deal mainly with tourists that will never be repeat customers; too bad for the locals.

Food is ok but staff is extremely rude. Asked for manager and when confronted she was very apologetic. Fact is that the restaurant business is extremely competitive, you don’t take GOOD care of your customers and they’ll go somewhere else. Would never buy from this restaurant ever again and won’t recommend anyone to do it. Save yourself the trouble of being poorly treated!
