We ordered pupusas for pickup and drove from Edison to get them. Once we got home and started eating, we discovered a piece of brown napkin paper inside one of the pupusas. We called the restaurant immediately to let them know, but we were hung up on with no explanation and no solution offered. Absolutely horrible customer service and overall a terrible experience. We will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, horrible service, subpar food and overall unappealing “restaurant”. Health department definitely needs to give this place a visit.

Extremely rude people answer the phone if you do not speak Spanish, doesn’t even try to understand anything. She flat out hanged up on me. And when I asked to speak with someone English and they flat out said “no” after hanging up on me 4 times. If you’re gonna answer the phone understand the basics.

I’m avoiding this place I used to come here all the time. But I guess they changed the cook, cause my food is now salty, and I have found hair in my food at least 2 times more that I returned back to this location. The worst part of it all is that they still charged me for it even thought I sent it back. The lady told me that she couldn’t take it off cause the owner was not there and she does not know how to do it. You have lost a customer forever. If I can leave zero stars I would

This establishment requires an inspection ASAP. The State Departments of Public Health should close this place until the staff gets properly trained on hygiene and handling food. My friend ordered food from here and she chew on GLASS!!! Yes! Glass! The food was taken back and the staff was questioned about the glass in the food, they completely ignored the claim and said they did not know where the glass came from. Seriously? I’d love to see their kitchen. If you decide to eat here, read prior comments and eat at your own risk.

I read reviews myself and still wanted to give it a try it was bad the price is to much and the food is not good at all flautas are mad hard (NotCrunchy) and there’s was a hair and they still charge me half price for it. Never again i’ll go there!

Oh my god, this place is like a hidden gem. The food is amazing and the staff are very kind. I had dinner with two other people, so the table was pretty crowded with all the food. Plus, the food is pricey. Those are my only complaints.
