Picked up a quick dinner for my family absolutely disgusting, do not waste your time or money at this location. Poor service and food. Even had to pull in a parking spot to wait on food that wasn’t even warm. Been at this location a few times nothing but a waste. Food has clearly been sitting for a while a portion is pitiful. Will not be returning.

I’m very very upset at my recent experience at Taco Bell. First thing, staff was not very friendly while placing my order. I ordered a soft taco, chicken quesadilla (with extra sauce that I paid for), and nacho fries. The girl at the window forgot my nacho cheese and I had to ask for it. Then when I get home and open all the stuff, the soft taco is missing lettuce, only had cheese and beef. My quesadilla was COLD. I don’t even live that far, 5 minutes tops. My nacho fries were cold and hard, and missing half of the fries. It’s just absolutely ridiculous for the price that I pay and its terrible service and terrible quality. I’m absolutely disappointed because this Taco Bell has been going down hill for a while but I have had it.

placed a mobile order 10 minutes before we walked in, took them 30 more minutes to make our food, people who came in and ordered after us got their food before us. Once we finally got our food, they messed up one order that was supposed to have no sour cream (I am allergic to sour cream). They also forgot the main part of my meal so I had to go back up to the front to have it fixed. Once they made it and handed it back to me, i realized they had messed the order up again! It was supposed to be a beef chalupa with again no sour cream, they gave me a “chicken” chalupa that had one singular piece of chicken in it and was made manly of lettuce. Everything else we got in our order also had barely anything in it. Will not be eating here again.

By far one of the dirtiest Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been in. The dining area was full of dirty tables with food and condiments on several tables, the floor was sticky, and had spilled drinks on the floor. Definitely would not recommend this store.

Ordered a 7$ supreme box, also got a dirty Baja blast freeze.
Cashier gave me the wrong drink plus the correct drink but charged me extra even though the drink comes with the meal.
I also saw a customer with a similiar issue being given the wrong chicken taco 3-4 times.
Pretty sad communication skills are bare minimum knowledge and they couldn’t comprehend things.
I’ve also had several instances with issues with them hearing me at the intercoms on previous occasion’s in the drive thru.
Definitely prefer the taco bell near king.

Just don’t waste your time on this Taco Bell – every time, EVERY TIME, I place an order or even go through the drive thru, I am ALWAYS missing food that I have paid for!
Piece of advise, whoever is at the window giving the food – you need to double check if everything is there in the order and not just say it is when people ask!

If you’re hungry, don’t bother stopping this establishment. They seem to be rationing, so they will put the bare minimum amount of food in your taco. My quesadilla had 5 small pieces of chicken, no sauce, and very little cheese.

Went through this line twice today. The first order was the number 1 crunchy supreme tacos with a Pepsi. The tomatoes were missing but hey I still ate it.
The second visit I ordered the same and yeahhh there were tomatoes!! I also ordered a Chicken Quesadillas and it was burnt!! ♀️not cheesy and dried up burnt. I decided to suck it up and eat it anyway

I’ve given this location too many chances, and every visit has been a disappointment. Orders are constantly wrong or missing items, and when the food is correct, it’s practically just a tortilla with a hint of filling inside—sloppy, inconsistent, and nowhere near the quality Taco Bell should be serving. The standard here feels like it’s gone backwards, almost like the days before Taco Bell was sued over its food quality. Customers deserve better than this.

Hit or miss when you go. Last night I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes from the time I gave them my name at the speaker (ordered ahead on the app) to when I was leaving. Part of my order was forgotten (did not receive an order id cinnamon twists). Then when I got home and unwrapped my 2 tacos, they were crumbled. Horrible experience and this Taco Bell needs to do better!
