Went there every day for a week for lunch. The first day I ordered a shake and was told icecream machine was down and had been for quite some time. Takes about 10 min to get food from drive thru even if you are the only vehicle there.

Everytime I go to this location it seems like i’m left sitting for 10+ minutes just to order at the drive thru. I have left the line more often than not due to long wait time. Not if it’s staffing shortage or what, but a bit much.

Extremely long wait time. Sonic will not charge you to add lettuce, onions, tomatoes to a burger. Burger King will charge you extra to “Have it your way”. Waiting for two whoppers never once did I see FF come out of the fryer. Received my order and FF were COLD. Ate the burger then went to let them know. You only have 2 minutes 30 seconds to try and get fresh fries. After that it’s have it our way. Update went back because kids wanted BK. fine I’ll give it a try and in a hurry to get kids off on his event. Waited and waited. Speaker coms on and said they have two big orders it will be 3-4 MORE minutes, sorry for your wait. I said never mind and drove somewhere else.

Whopper JR was ok. It was thrown together as if the person preparing the burger had one had behind his back. Service at the register was alright. The girl was young and just starting. With proper training, she will do well.

Hours are not posted and unreliable. Will leave the Drive-thru on even if closed. It’s a horrible shame because this used to be a really good Burger King with great customer service.

The girl didn’t even say for the first couple of minutes we were standing there, my burger had no sauce at all, employees moved like the rest of us have to be there all night too.

Stopped in for the new cotton candy freeze. Also got the fiery chicken crispy wrap. It was all delicious. I hope the cotton candy freeze sticks around all summer because it will be my go-to sipper. The cold brew cloud ☁️ extra was worth it & tastes like marshmallow. Food was hot & fresh ♡♡♡

Experience here was comically awful. Decided to try this location, as opposed to any of the 3 locations in Lawrence, because it had better reviews. That was my first mistake!
I got to the drive thru at 6pm on a Saturday evening – perfectly reasonable time for dinner. I order my first item…a chicken sandwich. And the lady taking my order says they’re out of all chicken. She was apologetic, all was fine. I order my next item with no issues. Then I order an impossible whopper and was told the broilers were off and it would have to be microwaved. At this point I said thanks but no thanks and left without any food.
No idea what they were actually able (willing?) to serve…just beef burgers? Definitely will not be making a trip back to this location!

Worst Burger King food I have ever had. Hamburger patty was cold. cheese was almost frozen, bread was stale. Fries were ok, Ice-T tasted ancient.

Asked to have cheese and bacon added with no tomato and I got a luke warm burger with tomatoes and NO cheese or bacon this is the 3rd time this has happened to me in 2 weeks the staff needs better training last time I didn’t even get the onion rings I ordered
