Our first time there and we love it! The food was delicious. We get artichoke dip, boneless and steak with chimichurri.

This was our first time in the newly remodeled establishment and were solidly impressed! The re-work is really first class. We found a spot on the rooftop bar/dining/lounge area. The service is excellent. The food was super. Our drinks were perfect. I highly recommend this bar/restaurant. Parking is on the street or in the new parking structure (free) on the same block.

Went for brunch.

The meals and drinks were 4 out of 5. Biscuits and gravy were AMAZING, especially with the Parmesan potatoes. Montecristo was good too although the bread was soft enough to make it hard to pick up without falling apart. Not a biggie though. Soft bread dipped in egg does that. The peach bellini was really good and an interesting take. I’ve never had one that didn’t have any actual peach juice or purée in it but it was still really good.

The PB&J beignets were a 3 out of 5 unfortunately, and they were the reason we went. On the good side, they were fried really well and the jam was great. On the “just okay” side, they barely had any powdered sugar, and that’s a defining feature of beignets. It was needed, too, because the peanut butter sauce wasn’t sweetened and the jam was tart so there was nothing sweet to balance out those flavors. The dough was also weird. They weren’t puffed, they were more like layered laminated dough. Kind of like a mix between a croissant and a roll. If you’ve ever had a beignet you know they’re not layered or laminated. They tasted good but they weren’t really beignets. In the ballpark but closer to fresh donut holes that you find in a lot of Milwaukee brunch restaurants.

Totally laid back but truly classy place. My wife and I enjoy a great martini seasonal flavor and for was top knock. My pineapple was very good but my wifes steak salad was amazing. No iceberg lettuce. A very large portion of fresh carrot, green pepper Brussels sprouts, avacado, kale, red onions, etc it was amazing.

Drink here only, even though the food is good.
The food is $5 to $8 overpriced considering it takes 25 minutes to put in an order when they are not busy and you’re gonna be sitting with your dirty dishes until it’s time to leave.
The only have bartenders on staff, so they have no problem helping you drink, but eating here is not worth the money despite how good it is. I’ve tried to give this place multiple chances but this has been my experience every time.

I was in the Kenosha area and looking for someplace with enticing looking craft cocktails and elevated pub grub, and Church and Market was a perfect match. The Spring Citrus Sip, Bourbon Smash and Cherry Barrel Old Fashioned all received thumbs up from our group. For food, we selected the Chicken Pesto Pinsa and the Meat Lovers Pinsa. The crust was lite and flavorful and the toppings were generous. Rounding out the experience were the friendly and attentive bartenders. I can’t wait to return, the menu had several other items that sounded wonderful.

Exceeded expectations. Food was wonderful, they have more to offer than what is displayed on website. Quality of housemade pickles, sauces, bratwurst and pretzel was above expectation. Shrimp scampi flatbread was incredible.. it had the perfect amount of shrimp per slice and even had lemon zest! Truffle fries were also above expectation.. every piece had parmesan on it,even the bottom layer (not too much, just enough!) And the paprika aioli was good. Huge fries serving, needed 4 people instead of us two for those. We had an appetizer, a flatbread (pinsa) and fries and it was plenty. We would like to return to try more. We had beer and wine which was good. We sat at the rooftop and though most seats were taken we found a spot at the center table and it was very pleasant, not busy, cute plants and nice decor and also.. clean!!!!! Waitstaff looked a little overwhelmed when we arrived but recovered quickly and we never wanted for service. Nice experience, pleasantly surprised. (It was the Lemon zest !! )
