I have come here a lot as a student because they take dining dollars. Their bagels are good, and I usually get a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel for breakfast when I come. I will admit that the people working do not have the best attitudes, but they work in a very stressful environment and I’m not going to be mad about that. Good food, relatively quick, just don’t go approximately 10 minutes before and after a class because it’ll be busy.

Had to wait 30 mins for a bagel and that wasn’t even the worst part. It took 5 mins for someone to even take my order and there were employees who saw me waiting while they just continued with whatever they were doing. Awful experience made it very uncomfortable and wasted my time. Will NOT be going back.

I’m writing this as of 6/12/24. Just wanting to know what the store hours are. We were visiting the area and discovered via Google Maps there was an Einstein Bros. In College Station. Drove by, but when attempting to enter found that the doors were locked. According to Google, they are open for business, and according to the QR Code which stated “scan for business hours” they were supposedly open for business. At this point, we would just like to know if they’re still open in general? Could they be closed for Summer? Do you have to have student/staff access to purchase food from the establishment? Is there a customer service phone line? My wife and I really love Einstein Bros. and look forward to visiting one, which is the nearest to where we currently live. Can anyone provide further info?

Definitely my favorite spot to eat on campus! You can use retail swipes for bagels, sandwiches, coffee, pastries and more. The staff are so friendly and remember customers. Amazing service every time!

The food is good, but the the manager is extremely rude, and expects you to wear your mask even while sitting down. If you stand in the wrong place while waiting for your food, she’ll yell at you. If you don’t stand EXACTLY on the little sticker while in line, she’ll yell at you. I came in with a sprained ankle the other day, and promptly got yelled at for simply leaning on a table that was marked off for “social distancing.” There were no other tables available, partially because the manager had left her binder on one of them and wasn’t allowing people to use it.
Most of the employees are very kind and do their best to help you politely, but the manager is awful and extremely rude.

Line always takes forever, cashiers will randomly walk away from the registers to go do something else. They’re kind of rude and make the whole experience uncomfortable. I gave them the benefit of the doubt a few times because it was busy, but its the same no matter what. Not worth it for subpar bagels.

Was forced to wear a mask even while sitting at a table… there were other people on other tables not wearing masks either so it’s strange how the lady did not tell the other folks to wear masks. It’s probably cause I was sitting by myself–whatever. Customer service can be very much improved on. This is lucky to receive three stars
