Did not realize that garlic sauce just refers to oil. Ordered the Pesaro’s specialty pizza. It was so oily that I couldn’t finish the second slice. I ended up just eating the crust.

Food is great and I really like the newer driver they have, she’s so sweet! But whatever lady that be at the phone/register is very rude and aggressive. She misheard my order, and instead of just listening and being accommodating, she got real smart with me, talking with an attitude and a matter-of-fact tone. I don’t know who hurt her, but it was completely uncalled for. I’ve worked in the food industry for 10 years, and I’m very soft-spoken and polite to everyone, so I know what good customer service looks like.. and that wasn’t it. Not to mention I’m pregnant, so the energy was really unnecessary. I’ve never had any other bad experiences here, but because of her, I probable wont be eating here again. The disrespect was uncalled for, plain and simple.

I have never ate from this restaurant so I was a little nervous but they took all doubts away!! This pizza was so good omg it was perfect ! I also got a gyro wow meat was flavorful! We have been ordering Caprionis for some years and were worried when the name changed to Pesaros. So wonderful to find there was nothing to worry for. Food is still incredible, super generous toppings and portions. Friendly service and fresh every time. Pizza, hoagies, wings, pasta and sides, ALL delicious.

I ordered bacon cheese fries. What I got was burn mozzarella on top of french fries. You can’t even pull the frirs off of the aluminum foil. What I expected was cheddar cheese sauce on my bacon cheese fries. If you don’t use cheese sauce you should specify on your menu.

A pretty normal, if above average place. But just got a marketing text to join Caprioni’s “text club” (which is 4 marketing messages per month). I didn’t sign up for anything and only gave out my number as a matter of regular verification in their system.
Sure, it was easy enough to reply STOP and not consent to being bothered. But I believe that a company that would use customer data like that would certainly sell their customers phone list and addresses and whatever other info to third parties. So I’m expecting a bunch of garbage in my mail and on my phone.
The maybe above average food isn’t worth the light privacy betrayal for me. Especially since there are a lot of other great options within a couple miles.

Got a cheese slice at this clean establishment. It was a huge slice for under five bucks. Hot enough to keep me warm at the bus stop. Under 10 mins??Definitely recommend !!
