Chanticlear Pizza starts with fresh dough made daily in our restaurants. Next, we add our secret recipe pizza sauce made from all-natural ingredients including fresh California tomatoes. The pizza is decent. I gave 5 stars because of the employees. They’re always courteous and helpful. They give the best deal they can. Always a easy smooth process. I’ve been ordering from here for 10 years. I have zero complaints.

Never been dissatisfied until today, it was burnt and had minimal cheese after paying for extra. So, went in and they offered to remake it – LET ME TELL YOU – IT WAS AMAZING. They did a great job, and apologized. I felt bad for leaving feedback via email, but they need to know – however, The guys TOTALLY redeemed themselves. The pizza was so so so so good. Thank you!!! I had to eat some (or most) in the car lol So the pics are before and after. So happy. Thank you again!!!

I’m rather picky about pizza but I can honestly say this is some of the best pizza I’ve had in years. They didn’t dump a ton of sauce on it. The meat or I should say the sausage is excellent and they did put fresh mushrooms on it. I’ve gone back a couple times since and would highly recommend.

Placed an order online for pickup. When I got home, opened my pizzas and other items. All wrong. What I ordered was NOT what I received. I would never have put these items on my pizzas. Called the store and spoke to a manager that said their site was having issues and they are working on it, said sorry, then hung up. Their prices aren’t cheap, and half my food was inedible. Nice customer service. They knew about the issue, and opted NOT to let me know when I picked up my order. I would have waited to have it fixed. I would have brought it back to have it fixed. Lost my business, which is unfortunate because they were our go to pizza place.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, we were told a 45 minute wait time. After 1hour and 10 minutes we called to check when it would be delivered. We were told the driver was just leaving. We asked, “will it be hot?” We were assured it would be but, when we received it, it was iced cold. This used to be our favorite place for pizza. I will be finding a new place. Maybe they might be a little cheaper.

Great pizza. These reviews about it being over priced or 15 min late are completely stupid. Yes your paying a lil more by not buying from a corporate own nation wide chain, but the difference is worth it when u eat the pizza. Way better then doninos or Pizza Hut. And I have never receive a pizza exactly when they a pizza place says. That’s why they say “roughly 45- min to 1 hour”. If your not intelligent enough to order the pizza a little earlier then that time frame then the blame falls on u. Delivery people are being sent to houses all over the place and try to get there on time cause that’s how they make money. Happy customer=good tip. The 9-10$ hr for driving isn’t getting them rich so I would have to believe their not purposely screwing up the time Frame. Bottom line the pizza is great.

My wife and I used to order from this location all the time when we lived in the area and it was great. However last night I accidentially ordered carryout online from this location instead of the one across town. I didnt realize the mistake until I arrived at the Forest Lake location, well after the order was likely complete and waiting on me in Andover. The mistake was mine and the food paid for, so I called them to let them know without any real expectation of refund (since the fault was mine). However the person who answered the phone quickly said she’d void the transaction and it was processed right away. Exceeded expectations.
