On DEC 12 2025 I was working and decided to take my 2 coworkers and myself to grab breakfast, we haven’t eaten here yet so we tried it, the restaurant stands out where its located however when we got to the drive thru we had to talk to a automated system, which was OK however it failed and a person had to take my order, the woman that took my order seemed to have an attitude just by the tone of her voice and seemed to be rushing even tho there was only me and 2 other cars in line. We made it to the window to get the food and they handed us the food as if they were mad about us ordering and one of my co workers asked for an extra jelly about 10 times after checking his food and 2 if not 3 women in the restaurant kept trying to argue that they had already put an extra jelly in the bag. I was highly disappointed in the way they operate that restaurant and handle their customers. I will not be going back! My co workers also were disappointed in the food quality as well as with the service we recieved. Its sad to say that the best part of that trip was talking to a machine in the drive thru.

Came here to grab something for supper. They have made 8 cars pull over and wait on food. And more trying to find a place to park to get their food. I will NOT be returning.

Please get rid of the AI order taker. Insane choice for the business, I really don’t understand how this is helpful to anyone. Can’t understand the customer and leaves it to the workers to fix the order.
No way I’m coming back if I have to talk to a robot to get my food.

Twice we have been there and they said they were out of chicken Both time were around 6 -6:30 p.m. How does a place that is famous for their chicken sandwich’s not have chicken? They girl that took our order was really rude.

It’s a drive thru only location, but I’m super excited to have one in the area when I visit. If you have not tried, you need to try the chicken and mix their Bojangles sauce with a packet of Texas Pete hot sauce… You’re welcome in advance!!!

Horrible experience. I have been to this location. Service is never good but tonight was the worst. I placed my order after waiting several minutes. I ordered 3 piece white meat. At least that’s what I said. Got to the windows and person handed me my drink and my debit card and told me the chicken was coming up and it would be 10 minutes. It was. It was 30 minutes. Got home and had dark meat and my receipt showed dark meat. I guess dark and white sounds the same. My order was brought out in a box and a small bag with Cole slaw. Why couldn’t it be put together in a large bag? KFC always put the box in a bag. So I guess enough bad service is enough. Maybe the staff will change at some point and this place can employ some people that actually know what they are doing.
