This place is under new ownership for approximately 6 months. Now called Kairos Latin Restaurant #2. This place is sparsely decorated with just a total of 8 tables with a set of 4 chairs per table and a tv. From the looks of this place, it’s mainly take-out orders (as mine was), and no line waiting to order. The man behind the counter took my order efficiently, knew what he was talking about, and was very friendly.
My order was 2 orders of pupusas and 6 tamales:
Each pupusas order came with 3 pupusas filled with a revuelta mix (beans, cheese & pork), included a side of semi-pickled cabbage slaw that had a hint of spicy (I love spicy), and a tangy sauce that was totally new to me. I’m used to tomato based sauce instead. However, I wasn’t mad at the sauce. As I had stopped at the grocery store on the was home, the pupusas got wilty and soggy, and didn’t hold up well at all. Wasn’t a fan of that and made them just meh.
The tamales are a good size. The masa mix was not greasy, and the stuffing was a mix of pork and potatoes. I give thier tamales a good rating. I rate all tamales against my mom’s, who had a lucrative business back home and made THE BEST tamales ever!
As there aren’t many Honduran restaurants around my location, I’m not sure if I’ll go back or not. However, my hunt for the better Honduran restaurant is still on.
Suggest you try them and judge for yourself as my opinion is extremely biased.

We stopped since we have seen great reviews here in Google , and it DID NOT disappointed; dont let the looks outside fool you ; they have buffet style food serving behind the counter ready to go but seeing another customers coming in We realized they make empanadas and other goodies ready to eat on the road; we did a quick bite and really enjoyed it ; the most we savored was the colombian empanada; very very tasty ! Highly recommended overall if you live by this area !

This is the most honest opinion I’ve given on a restaurant. Oh I live not even five minutes from sazon is our restaurant when I first went there with my boyfriend they caught us everything was so cheap on the menu food came out fast and tables looked like they were consistently being cleaned but after the second and third time we went there we started realizing little things about the restaurant it’s supposed to be new but they don’t keep it clean the way they should almost all of their store items are outside near the bathroom and the tables for everybody to see along with the older women who is there five times out of the week I’ve seen her make the empanadas the last time I went there I found a short gray hair I looked at her hair to confirm that it was her the tables were sticky there was a bug on the wall. And the meat in the sandwiches tasted like soap. Honestly it’s not worth it

I love this place! It’s definitely my “go to” spot for bfast. They ALWAYS get my eggs right (you’d be surprised how many restaurants get “over med” eggs wrong)….and the coffee… so good!!!! The staff is always so polite and welcoming. I feel at home when I come here. #supportlocalbusinesses

This is a Mom & Pop family eatery. I love meat and my brother is a Vegan. He loved this place ..for $6.50 he had rice, beNs, plantains, yuca and coleslaw. My plaTe was Red rice, garlic chicken breast and plantains for $6.50 at dinner time. I am here right now for breakfast…I had PERFECT extra large sunny sunn up eggs, sausage, a large butter toasted Spanish bread and Cafe con leche. My food has always been delicious and the place is super clean. It’s not far from my neighborhood and the female owner is super attentive and sweet. By the way they are not Mexican.. they are from Salvador.
