Placed the order on the app. Delivery didn’t show up. Called the store and they said it’s the customers responsibility to call the store to confirm the order on busy days like today. Had to call app support to cancel the order that never showed up. Order was for 2 pizzas and a cookie – not a catering order or anything special.

Today Papa John’s really let me down. I haven’t even tried the pizza but I ordered the ultimate cheese crust, and was told at pickup that they were out of it so all I got was a regular pepperoni pizza. If I wanted regular pepperoni pizza I would have probably gone somewhere else. This is not what I wanted. If you’re out of an item, just take it off the online orders as well to avoid this.

Oct. 21, 2022 | 9 p.m.: I enter this Papa John’s at 4285 Roswell Road, Atlanta, and an employee persists with berating another employee. Despite the presence of the customer (me), the berating continues. Even after I explained its wrongness, the berating continues.
The employee being berated by his co-worker is humiliated in front of me and in front of his co-workers. This destroys the employee and the atmosphere.
Note: Kindly correct and train employees, in privacy, in a way that dignifies them. Never berate them, especially it front of other people.
While the good treatment of people outweighs any good food, the food does deserve recognition. Generally, Papa John’s pizza is excellent. And I appreciate the informative box copy and graphics. I look forward to awarding PJ a five-star in the future. — JodyTucker

The pizza was good, the crust could have cooked a little longer. Maybe I will try well-done as the baking option next time. Went during lunch on the weekday and I was surprised at how fast my order was ready. The inside prep area was clean which made me feel good. I have no complaints and would order from here again.

I recently had a small issue with my phone order placement process, my order was never delivered to the store. However, the exceptional service provided by the night team member at the store completely made up for it. Despite the order not being received at the store, the team member went out of their way to make a fresh pizza promptly, ensuring a short wait time and going above and beyond to guarantee top customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I had a great service experience at Papa John’s and highly recommend it to others!

One star is too many for the amount of effort this place gives out. Ordered pizza for a get together 5 hours ahead of time and gave ourselves a 30 minute cushion. Somehow, this location still managed to not even have our order made 30 minutes after they committed to deliver it. They gave no reason, other than they were busy and simply offered to cancel our order. No care in the world. They couldn’t even tell us when to expect it. Zero ships.
