**Pizza Hut Delivery Review: Not Up to Par**
I recently ordered from Pizza Hut, and it was a letdown. The pizza arrived barely warm. There was hardly any sauce, making each bite dry and unappetizing. Overall, it just didn’t hit the spot like I hoped. On a positive note, the boneless wings were great, which was a small consolation. This experience has me reconsidering future orders.

We ordered a delivery. After one and a half hour of not getting the pizza I called back. The girl was annoyed and went something like “you haven’t receive it yet?”… well, no, that’s why I’m calling. After some time she proceeded to hang with our further explanation.
This is a gated community. Turns out the uber or doordash driver left the pizza in the front door of the apartment, didn’t ring and left. We never received a call from the gate so they must have tailgated to access the place.
Never ordering from them again.

They gave me the wrong order and had to drive all the way back. When my husband got there, the lady at the checkout did not even acknowledge me. I asked her to please check for me to make sure it was right this time. I had my hands busy with bags and she didn’t even speak or acknowledge what I said the entire time. She just put it on my hands and walked away while I tried to juggle everything. Some of my things fell, she didn’t even assist. It was another client standing in line who came to help. Very rude.

Pizza Hut doesn’t care about customer service, I had to review. Order online on Pizza Hut website. Waiting on my order see it should have arrived at 8:21pm at 9:03pm I am still trying to figure out what is going on, the drive contacted me to say he confirmed the order is ready by mistake. Okay no problem, couple minutes later he messaged pizza is burnt, they’re making a new one, I can cancel for a new dasher to pickup the order. First of all I ordered from Pizza Hut not door dash or dasher. It’s the store’s responsibility to contact me. Also when you order directly from Pizza Hut it’s not straightforward to cancel. As I write this review I have been on hold for 21 minutes waiting for someone at Pizza Hut to answer the call. Anyways many more pizza places to order from. In these times I will give my money to companies how care about customer service. Oh by the way this is not the first time and not the second time.

Pizza is cold when we received our order not sure what was burnt. It’s not cooked properly and which they had answered the phone so I could cancel. Mistakes happen but it’s how you fix the problem!

I was with my grandkids and they are shy and the young lady who waited on us made them feel comfortable and she was easy to talk to and they got comfortable with her and she let them place their order. Excellent employee.

On December 26 during the night, the manager was extremely rude, used a racist language against me and not polite, even to other clients that I was able to observe. This is my 3rd time going through this situation with this person at this location and I feel disrespected. Especially since all I do is pick up the order, I should not be having this type of disrespect.

Very rude. I ordered a chicken sausage pizza with pesto sauce. They put pepperoni all over it with no pesto then wanted to give me a head ache about the pesto saying he can’t give it to me in it’s not on the order, and it was didn’t both to look at the recipe. Like why act like you care and don’t bother to confirm with the recipe.. Worse Pizza Hut experience so far. His face was very angry and I was spoken to in a nasty nasty way. The one who worked night shift on 05/29/25 sucks

The employees at this pizza hut as rude and disrespectful starting with a “manager”named Alvaro. He never gives eye contact and his answers are a grunt not words. The only full sentence is “may I help you?” . I called to place an order and whom ever answer the phone said ‘you want to place an order?, what do you want? It’s $6.90 and hang up the phone. Their pizza is not the best so at least they should have customer service. Last time I am purchasing from them. Rather drive 20 min out of my way to another pizza hut.
