Bad experience all around. I ordered a 16” pizza and mozzarella sticks at 2:13am and was told it would be 45 min delivery time. I accepted that and only provided the hotel and room number I was staying at. Never asked how I was paying. Never told how much the total would be. The pizza finally arrived 75 min later. I ended up with a 14”, burnt pizza. My mozzarella sticks came with sonic marinara sauce. Grand total after tip was $45. Pizza isn’t even cut either.

We are local to the area & decided to give this place a chance. We were apprehensive at first, but love to give new places a try so we dove in head first & went in for a sit-down dinner.
The cook/front of house was welcoming & nice! He explained the menu and showed us what is already printed plus the extended menu.
We decided to order the 14in pepperoni & cheese, an order of wings, a 14in supreme and 5 drinks.
The wait time was almost nothing! We had our food in great time & it was mega hot and fresh.
Sauce:
The sauce is on the sweeter side. Definitely not a classic marinara, but still tasty!!
Toppings:
They’re fresh! Veggies were cut in restaurant and definitely not frozen. The meat crumble probably is, but I mean – when sprinkled w/fresh toppings its really no big deal. Everything tasted GREAT!
Crust:
Ya’ll – this crust was brushed with some garlic butter & parsley. GREAT little surprise to see on a crust especially since it isn’t widely done. It was bomb!

All in all: 5/5 and will be going back! Welcome to Highland Park!

Pizza was under cooked! Looked nothing like the pictures! Sauce is a sweet based sauce. Ordered BBQ wings asked for crispy got under cooked wings. Everything was like it was rushed. Very disappointed

Not happy at all. Ordered lasagne and received spaghetti. Did not get my garlic bread. My kids “cheeseburgers” were pathetic. Tiny dried out patty on a huge bun. Very unhappy.

I called in an order for a pizza at 11:30 PM, it arrived one hour later and I tipped the driver. When I got to my room, I got the pizza I opened it up and it was still raw. Look at the picture below. this is the picture I took when I pick my Pizza.That was three of us so we all got a slice took a bite and threw it back in the box, I contacted the pizza place and they said they will drive another one to us. That Pizza never made it back to us. Horrible horrible place to eat. Customer service was rude… do not eat here!!!!!!

We found Pizza Beyond menu in our hotel room after a long day at Sea World. We were all hungry, especially two children. My wife called to place order for pizza & wings and we were told 45-50 minutes for delivery. We decided that would be OK, so she placed order. After 1 hour with no pizza, my wife called & was told that driver was a “few minutes away”. When another 15 minutes passed, I called and was told same thing. After about 10 minutes longer with no pizza, I called and they did not pick up (went to voicemail). I tried again in about 5 minutes and they picked up but told me the same story, this time they said driver was delayed due to construction (how did it go from being “minutes away” to being delayed by construction?) and when I questioned her more, she hung up on me (TERRIBLE Customer Service). I went downstairs to meet driver and when he finally showed up, he said he was their only driver & had lots of deliveries.
Pizza was OK, but having to wait almost 2 hours, after being told 50 minutes max, along with being hung up on is reason for this poor review.
If you want pizza in San Antonio, try another more reliable & honest company, with better customer service.

Was slipped a menu under my hotel door so I said let me take a chance and ordered a Pizzia and some drinks. It came within hour the delivery lady was nice and professional. The Pizza was good but the soda was flat so I called and they said they be right out with good ones. I said let me look at their reviews as I waited for the replacement and seen the horrible reviews and said to myself I’m not going to get my soda. I was surprised in a good way when the delivery lady showed up with them. I think sometimes it hard to start a new business and fine good help that can lead to bad reviews. I hope this is the case and they will keep doing the right thing as they did with my order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!! We found the menu under our door this morning, how i wish i would have googled them before ordering!! I ordered 1 pepperoni pizza which was burnt, stuffed mushrooms, and 24 wings for $65. I called them back because they delivered boneless wings and I ordered bone in wings. They said they would deliver the wings asap. 1 hour went by and no wings 2 hours have passed and still no wings and now they are not answering the phone. I will never order from them again. We ended up getting dinner elsewhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! ORDER PIZZA HUT!!

I live out of town and I ordered a pizza here in August after taking a family trip to SeaWorld and finding their flyer on the table in our hotel room. Our order was received almost 3 hours later HORRIBLE customer service and Not only was that experience terrible but last night I got a notification that my bank declined a $185.00 charge MONTHS after we even ordered from here! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS!
