I recently tried ordering from this location over the phone, and the person who picked up was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked for recommendations besides the normal pepperoni pizza, she appeared clueless about the menu. Even when I inquired about different pepperoni options, she responded with a dismissive tone, as if I was mistaken for asking something inappropriate. I strongly advise against wasting your money and time at this location. While the food is great, the service is severely lacking. consider a DIFFERENT LOCATION!

I ordered a Texas Lager pizza from the Mill Creek Zeeks location through DoorDash and it arrived without BBQ sauce as the base, which is a core part of that pizza. When I called the store to see if the mistake could be fixed, the manager told me that the Texas Lager does not come with BBQ sauce as a base and only has a BBQ drizzle on top. I was made to feel like I was mistaken, even though I know what I ordered.
To double-check, we called another Zeeks location, and they confirmed that the Texas Lager does come with BBQ sauce as the base. So not only was the pizza made incorrectly, but I was also given false information when I tried to resolve the issue. No replacement, refund, or solution was offered.
Mistakes happen, but being gaslit and refused any attempt to fix the order is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience

They have always been very accommodating in the food is always been absolutely top-notch. Try getting a pizza that’s half Puget pounder and half Texas leader. Brilliant combination for the family that likes meat pizzas and barbecue sauce

The new owner is so kind and wonderful! The pizza is great (and can be made vegan), and the beer selection is nice too. Since we live nearby, the owner asked us if we had any feedback and what he could do to make the experience better so we’d be proud to come here. He checks in and wants you to enjoy your time here, which is all you can ask for at a restaurant.

Zeek’s was our favorite. We spent $38 on a large Hawaiian. The pizza delivered was not cooked. I called and complained, no compensation offered. If I wanted a take n bake i would have gone to papa murphys for 1/3 of the price

The taplist was rockin’ today too, May-23! Great again Apr-24! The best draft list in Mill Creek Town Center, emphasizing the PNW! It’s a cozy spot to dine-in or sit outside in the summer too ☀️ Atmosphere will never be too loud, the service is great, and it’s like a hole-in-the-wall local pub. Growler fills includes the jug & is $19 and change. For craft beer enthusiasts it’s fab to have a genine, spot in town. They sell cans too matching the tap list even which is great. Plenty of parking in back with a rear entrance. (｡•̀ᴗ-)و ̑̑✧

This new Zeeks is fantastic! I love the location. It’s perfect for getting a pizza to go or grabbing a slice at lunchtime! The quality is unmatched, except maybe by the Bothell location! Try the Dragon, it’s divine.
