I am a 57-year-old man who decided to take a $100 out of my account to go in. And let’s see if I can win some money, add the deedees next 2 Lancaster, dental in Salem, this gentleman as soon as I walked in, look me up-and-down for whatever reason decided to completely be A Dirk, to me ask for my I. D, which is fine you want to see my d? Whatever show it to him, tell me that he can’t allow me to play there. And I asked why and he said, because your license has a wrinkle in it with that said it’s, it’s legible, it’s perfectly legal and I’ve never had an issue with it anywhere else. I’ve ever had to show my head Driver’s license. It’s completely ridiculous He said he can’t serve me which all I wanted to do. Is put some money in the poker machine? Ask me to leave and I said, what is your problem? What did I do to you? And he persuaded the call, the cops on me. Now you can say that this is one guy’s side story and we haven’t heard the other guys story about this and that’s fine, but I’ve never been treated like that so disrespectful. We for no reason by any business. So believe what you want, but the tall guy that works at this place. He’s about null65 skinny. Where’s a hat completely? Judged me before I even walked in. I didn’t say one word to him. I smiled and said, hello, and he just wouldn’t have it. So I’m gonna close this by saying that I we’ll never lose my money again at adities, cause most likely anyone who plays these games are gonna lose. But because of this employee and his power trip for whatever reason didn’t like the way I looked or something, I will never give them my money again

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had playing lotto, and I play a lot of lotto. I’m considering never playing Oregon lotto again. So I show up ten minutes to eight and they are having shift change. I understand the importance of counting tills and doing books and everything is on hold. I understand that. Even though I swear the tall guy was in the back with his shoes off talking about carrying the one or something like that super slow mo. So after 10 min of waiting I decided I’d go down the street to cash my lotto ticket so I can play. I left my machine clearly marked. The pregnant employee said she could do nothing until books are cleared, I understand that. So when I get back not only is someone on the machine I had reserved, the pregnant employee is now on a smoke break out front. I’ll keep my opinions to myself about this, I decide to play a different machine. Immediately after smoke break employee then has food delivered and started having lunch.! Wow. Not once was I asked if I wanted anything to drink or any kind of friendly customer service or courtesy of any kind not even a have a nice night on the way out. Never will I ever.

Dede’s is one of my fav place to play. Its very clean. It has decorations during holidays. And I Love that girl Keisha that works there. She is awesome! Always a step ahead when it comes to customers needs. She also Handels difficult customers like a pro. Way too go girl!

What horrible customer service! Thursday 11am lady working! I was waiting for a machine to open up, a specific machine and she told me i was loitering. She gives off a sketchy vibe to begin with. After she offered me something to drink and i told her i was fine, she rolled her eyes. I won’t go to that dedes again. Uncomfortable.

There is one lady there who is very rude to the customer’s. She said unkind words to them. Put them down. Yells at them. Cuss at them. In front of management. I have tryed and talked to the manager regarding this behavior and was told her emplyee’s can treat people any way they want. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Everyone else there is very kind. This one lady needs to be fired.
