We usually enjoy the food and service here. Today was not one of those days. Ordered two melts and they were smashed so unceremoniously into the bags that they did not appeal to either my wife or me. Be it from lack of training or genuine apathy I don’t really care. I’m not going to spend $12 on a sandwich that was literally smashed into a bag. Called and they offered a remake but I had already seen their quality of sandwich and just opted for my money back. Thoroughly disappointed.

Ordered two subs. Meatball was ice cold, my sons sub literally had an ice cube in it…. No idea how they managed that. Note to self, on road trips avoid the Avon Subway.

Ordered a cold cut, staff working today were extremely helpful, good attitude and polite. Food was good, bread was fresh. Store was very clean and I felt welcomed. Keep up the good work 🙂

Walked in to order a couple subs for my children and I. The young lady I encountered when I walked in was professional and friendly. Other employees, seemed to be teenagers, we’re outside smoking or something. She ran the store perfectly on her own. Overwhelmed at the time, busy place, but was still outstanding and did what needed to be done to provide costumers with what they wanted and needed. Only reason I mentioned the other employees is because the back door was open and you could see them. To the young lady working this evening, May 6 of 2022, you deserve a promotion or raise for your outstanding work, attention to detail, customer service, and overall great job under the pressure of multiple customers on your own. Mary Katherine was her name I believe she said when I asked. Cheers to you young lady for doing what needed to be done and setting a very positive and perfect example of what should be expected of costumer service anywhere.
