Food is standard Subway fare, but what makes this place is the excellent service. The staff are unbelievably friendly and remember a shocking number of people’s faces and orders. I love coming here just for the top notch service, but the predictable and familiar sandwiches are not bad either.

Friendly staff. Me and my friends after work would often come here to eat they were nice to us even tho we were just a bunch of dumb high schoolers messing around most of the time. Place clean is always clean. Consistent good quality.

Ordered a BMT. Didn’t think I’d need to police the person making it ya know. Was really looking forward to eating it 2 hours later, bit into it to find out it’s just ham. Already left for a road trip so thanks for nothing. Guess I won’t be tipping anymore (which is stupid that you added that “feature” to your Point of Sale system).

All subs are made with fresh vegetables and fresh meat. This particular Subway on Hwy 100 and 51st Street in Franklin, keeps their place very clean and allows no close up contact. You must wear a mask in the store and they are being very careful with the pandemic, which I am thankful for. They will always get my business.

Everytime I go to this location and use a coupon I’m always charged extra.. asked for a steak club.. just steak bacon, extra steak.. why I’m charged .85 extra for extra bacon I did not get.. this is the only subway I have problems. I will not he returning!!!
