This was my first visit and first timer trying the food at Zaxby’s. I initially came for the fried pickles, but ended up trying more. Drive thru service was ok. It is pretty pricey for fast food. Out of everything I ordered, I enjoyed the fries and buffalo chicken wings with ranch more. The fried pickles, bread and peach milkshake and the sweet spicy dip didn’t sit well with me and my taste buds. Sadly, I ended up not eating the rest of the food and didn’t finish the milkshake.

Everyone was hyping this place up and I had to give it a try. Zaxbys, I can definitely live without.
The food tasted like it was under the heat lamp. Lacking in flavor and seasoning. The food was edible, but wouldn’t be my first choice for chicken tenders. I gave this place a try, but probably wouldn’t come back.

The tenders were not bad, even though I received two improperly breaded. The wings were very small but had good flavor. It was annoying that I ordered on the app and they don’t place it ready for pickup you have to wait in line to ask for your order, or at least it felt that way because of how many people were waiting. The atmosphere took a ding because there is limited parking. I can’t help but compare to Canes, Zaxbys has slightly better pricing but canes overall has better tasting food and quality. I’ll give this place another try when it’s less busy.

I recently visited the new Zaxby’s that just opened and decided to give it a try with an online order and curbside pickup. I will say the ordering process was smooth and the food was brought out to my car just a few minutes after I arrived—quick and convenient, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
The food overall was edible, and that’s about the only compliment I can give. The Coke came from a Freestyle machine, which is never a good sign—it had that watered-down, artificial taste that completely misses the mark for a classic Coke.
The chicken strips were decent, but unremarkable. The breading lacked crunch and didn’t add much to the flavor. I wouldn’t call them bad, but there’s absolutely nothing memorable about them either.
The biggest letdown of the meal, however, was the white cheddar cheese curds. They were dry, bland, and truly disappointing—easily the worst cheese curds I’ve ever had. I was excited to try them, but I could barely finish two.
Surprisingly, the best part of the meal was the slice of toast, even though it was cold.
With so many other options on the same street offering similar menus (and doing it better), I don’t see myself returning to Zaxby’s anytime soon.

This was a horrible experience almost $15 wasted they forgot to give me my drink. I had to go back and ask for it and also wait for it. The chicken is completely overcooked. It’s dry and they’re very tiny. I received about 20 fries and a piece of toast With some butter on it totally was not worth my drive or my money. i’m not able to leave one star for the food. I don’t know why I’ve tried several times to only leave one star it’s not allowing me but after waiting to get my peach sweet tea, I was given the wrong soda and I upsized for a large fry and a large drink. If this is a large fry, I would hate to see a regular fry so now I have to get back out of my car in the rain and go back into the establishment because I have the wrong drink. I have nasty food and the wrong drink

The service was way better than the food! The 3 young ladies that I came in contact with. Were very friendly and helpful! Especially the one that was off-duty! The chicken wings and fingers were ok. The toast was too salty and the fries are a no for me. The peach sweet tea was good! One & Done for me! But, customer service was excellent! 10

Service was okay. Food was disappointing. Got the Cobb Zalad. Grilled chicken bits were dry and lettuce was wilted and some pieces were rotten. Also got a strawberry shake and cheesecake bites which were nice.

Not great but not bad. A bit on the expensive side for fast food. I got a variety of orders to try everything out. Nothing was really amazing, the cheddar bites was the only thing that stood out. Over all feel meh about the food.(all my food pictured was $42)

OK, I’ve been going to Zaxby’s for years in Atlanta Georgia. Finally when I come to the West Coast I’ve seen something familiar which was Zaxby’s so I’m thinking OK this is a familiar territory. Definitely wasn’t the case it’s like night and day. Disgusting chicken was rubbery overcooked lack of seasoning and it taste like they used old grease big disappointment. and the chicken was undercooked with blood still on it

Use online ordering. Easy pickup. I prefer chicken loaded fries with zax and ranch for sauces. Always ready when i pick up 15 minutes later
