Chicken tenders weren’t crispy. I asked for buffalo and they gave me barbecue sauce. The spicy chicken sandwich wasnt even spicy, im pretty sure they gave me the wrong one. Everything felt rushed and disgusting. Not worth the price. Never going back.

Really struggling with this resturant. We are no stranger to Popeyes and have been eating their food for many years. We’ve tried this particular resturant many times and are always disappointed. The biggest issue is not getting what you order. Even when we ask if a particular item is in the bag that is often forgotten we are told ot is but find out they did not put it in the bag. Multiple attempts to contact them by phone to address these ongoing issues and they do not answer the phone. You always have to wait for your order every single time and half of the order is cold. Forget this Popeyes and drive the extra distance to another one. We’ve tried them so many times and every single time there is a costly issue with no way yo resolve it.

My mom stopped by for a Large Mac and Cheese and they told her that it will be about 6 minutes because they didn’t have enough. So then when she pulled up a young girl handed her a “Large Mac and cheese” but when my mom opened it didn’t appeared to be a full inside. So my mom told her that the amount it had wasn’t a Large. So the girl told her that that’s all they had or she would have to wait the 6 minutes. What was the most shocking part was that the girl told her that even if she waited she was still going to give her the same one that my mom handed back to her. Which my mom was willing to wait and told them that she would wait. But the girl was extremely rude and not only that, this was our first time going to this location being the closest to us. But never again will we be back here. We don’t appreciate the hostility and the rudeness from little girls that can’t control working at a fast food restaurant. This was today, Tuesday, July 29th around 2:20pm-2:30pm. Extremely disappointed at the poor customer service.

Don’t eat from this place first the chicken was cold and the chicken is very small on top of the guy that’s cooking was coughing without covering his mouth and the owner was very rude I had to call the police to get a refund please don’t way at this location
