I came here on Friday march 6 only because of the advertisement that I seen on Facebook saying frequency Fridays. Plus it was my birthday weekend. When I drove up I seen a lot of cars, I assumed it was packed but when I got out it was empty inside. Just music playing and the staff. I ordered a drink and chicken and fries, they came hot but no salt on the fries and the chicken was unseasoned. The waitress asked MN e if I liked the food I told her that the chicken had no seasoning on it and she says oh my let me go tell him. With that she never came back and said anything else to me about the food. My drink tasted more like juice instead of liquor. Maybe ppl didn’t come because it was raining off and on. But when this place was jamming wings it was always a line outside down the block. I’m sure on Fridays it is probably packed but today was not the day.

Adding a Sunday DJ to the mix definitely levels up the vibe, especially with that “DJ Rally” energy. It transforms the space from a premium dining spot into a full entertainment destination, which perfectly complements the multi-level layout you mentioned.
Updated Venue Highlights
Sunday “DJ Rally” Vibes: Perfect for those who want a high-energy atmosphere with their meal. It makes the Garden Patio or the Rooftop Lounge the place to be for a “Sunday Funday” in Brooklyn Center.
The Three-Level Setup: * Level 1 (Restaurant & Patio): The main “Live Fire” dining area and lush Garden Patio.
Level 2 (Executive Palm): The “posh” middle floor designed for corporate events and elegant gatherings.
Level 3 (Rooftop Lounge): Home to the sushi bar, the massive 21-tap beverage wall, and the best views in the building.
The Food: Since you mentioned it was wonderful, their Jerk Chicken, Bison Burgers, and Lamb Curry are usually the stars of the show, all getting that distinct smoky flavor from the wood-fire grill.
It sounds like BB’s is really carving out a niche as the “all-in-one” spot for the Northwest metro—great food, distinct event spaces, and weekend entertainment.

There were a few tables seated. We were in for work, so we sat at the bar. Got some beers and ordered food.
Wow… not sure how this place isn’t filled to the max. This food was amazing. I eat at restaurants multiple times weekly because of work travel and this was by far one of the best meals I have had in a long time!
I let the chef pick the sides…. absolutely nailed it.
Would recommend, and certainly will come back when I am in town. That chef is killing it… I can’t believe more people aren’t coming to this place.

Just recently opened, BB’s is a spacious, bright space with cozy seating. Slowly, but surely, more decor is going up. There is music, good service, and delicious food. I’m a huge fan of mussels (and muscles), so I ordered the curry mussels. It was creamy and tasty. I only wish a few slices of toasted bread came with it to stop up all that curry. The lamb chops were wonderful; perfectly seasoned and cooked. Our server, James, was great. He was very polite and attentive. Even the manager came by to say hello and checked on us. This is a great place to grab a bite any time of day or drinks after work.

The service here was amazing! The owner was very friendly. I got the chicken alfredo and my mom got the chicken sandwich. It was both very delicious. When we got to the restaurant, it was very quiet with no other people there eating. Much different atmosphere then what we normally are used to. Overall it was a very pleasant experience!

I was excited to take my son to BB’s to celebrate his 19th birthday! We arrived around 8:30 on a Friday evening and was unsure if they were even open as there was only a table of 2 seated. We were promptly greeted and seated at a table near the door. Our hostess brought us water and silverware and we waited patiently for over 15 minutes before I flagged someone down and asked if we could place an order. It turns out that our server was standing 10 feet away from us the entire time having a casual conversation with the aforementioned table of 2. When he finally greeted us, he apologized citing that no one told him that we had been seated.

I proceeded to order a Peach Lemonade, but was told he wasn’t sure if they had the stuff to make it. Ok. I ordered a Crab Tower, but was also told that he would have to check and see if they had run out. I asked for a side salad and requested that it be brought at the same time as the crab. My son ordered a burger and fries.

A considerable amount of time passed, during which the table of 2 left and another table with a single diner arrived. No idea what could have taken so long to prepare the food for an empty restaurant. Our food arrived, but no salad. 🙁 I mentioned it to the server who acted bewildered, even though he had already confirmed with me that I wanted the salad with the crab.

I found the food to be amazing, but the service made me really question my patronage….especially with such an empty establishment. We had a few bites of our food and decided to leave. I requested the check. I was brought a check where none of the items on our table matched what was printed on the receipt. Really?!? There were only 2 tables seated at the restaurant, and a different server was working with the other table.

If I pay good money for a dining experience, I expect good food and good service. This dining experience ruined what was supposed to be a mother/son birthday celebration. I understand that mistakes happen and sometimes there is a lot going on, but there was no excuse for this. I get better service at Wendy’s.

We’re locals around the area and wanted to try this place out since it was a new restaurant that just opened. It was a bestie date night! When walking up to the door we were greeted and our door was opened for us. It took awhile for a waitress to come by to ask if we wanted drinks or any apps and once she did get our order everything came out super slow in which we thought was starting to get weird since there wasn’t anyone but one other party that was there. It took a good 15 mins! The drinks were delicious. I had the Minnesota Mule and my best friend had gotten the BB Dark & Stormy. We also ordered calamari and the Jamaican beef patty, the beef patty was NOT a Jamaican beef patty. It was more of a pastry with a little bit of ground beef in them. Now when our main dishes came out! I honestly am still so disappointed. This place has a very upscale priced menu so you’d think the prices would match what you’re paying for….. NOPE not one bit! First my order came to the table wrg. I order there Scallops and Shrimp entree with black beans and rice and mashed potatoes. I was brought out Scallops and Shrimp with the black beans and rice but asparagus. My first bite of my shrimp tasted like it was cooked in propane with a smokey smell. I decided I’ll just try the asparagus tasted the same but regretted it cause it tasted like my shrimp did. When the waitress finally came back to ask how our meal was I was able to tell her that my order came out wrg. She brings me my mashed potatoes and they literally tasted like boxed/packaged mashed potatoes! My best friends meal basically tasted just like mine and she got the half “jerk chicken” entree. No jerk chicken taste or anything. Everything tasted either salty, like propane/lighter fluid or bland! We were able to talk to the manager and also the waitress about our experience, giving them our honest feedback. It seemed like they cared but for me I truly believe in customer service and I didn’t believe we fully got that. We basically got an “I am sorry and we will work on these things blah blah blah but you’d think after you seen our bill was over $160 bucks but more then half our dinners were not eaten you’d offer some kind of compensation. Nope we ended up with upset belly’s and a waste of money! I think the best things we got there was our drinks.

Decided to give this place a try this past Sunday night and overall was highly disappointed. I arrive earlier then the other person in my party and thought great I’ll go in and get a drink while I waited. 30 minutes passed before the server came and took our drink order as now my guest had arrived as well. My drink was pretty delicious however got it 45 minutes after entering the restaurant. (When I entered there was only 2 other tables sat in the whole restaurant). Now on to the food ordered Calamari and the Spinach and Feta dip. Both were okay, nothing to great nor nothing to wrong. We proceeded to have to wave our server down to place or dinner order. We ordered Steak and Lamb Chops and for the upscale price these were both below sup par. I come from the service industry and took a few days for me to decide to post as I would really like to see this place to succeed but they really have work to do in the service category and the food quality to match the price. Hoping for the best!
