dropped in for a quick bite for breakfast. The food was good, the coffee good quality, but what really surprised me was the dining room. It was much “prettier” than what I was expecting from a fast food restaurant. There were floral arrangements on the table. Wow, that was unexpected, gave the place a bit of class.

Everything about the Concord Chick-fil-a was superb. Excellent service and delicious food made fast during lunch hour rush on a Tuesday in November 2025. The freshly made hot and crispy deluxe chicken sandwich was juicy and so yummy with their tasty house sauce. The best waffle fries were crispy and light. Fresh lemonade with the perfect tartness was very good and refreshing. The booth was comfy and cozy. Friendly and efficient staff and the restaurant is super clean. My second time here and I’ll be back! Thank you, Chick-fil-a!!!

Every time I’ve been here they forget the drink with the order. Seems to be a lack of attention to detail and training issue. On my last visit they never brought out my order and I had to keep inquiring about it. It took over 30 minutes to get a simple cup of ice cream. Surprised by the poor service.

Quick and fast service. This location is pretty busy and parking can be challenging. Also, it’s located in a shopping center so be patient when coming in as there’s traffic going in all directions. However, with the crowd the staff seems to manage just fine. Quick organized ordering, and the food comes out promptly. The quality is good at this location Plus added bonus free specialty drinks on your birthday!

Disappointed. Usually very good and fresh. My Market Salad was old. The lettuce was red, verging on brown. Not sure about getting a salad there in the future… bummer.
