She gives us her opinions on the different smoothies when we ask about the different smoothies you guys sell. I forgot her name…we were in there after 6pm today. I had a very large order and they handled it quickly. I ended up dropping one of the drinks and they remade it no problem. Each of my drinks also had an encouraging message on it (thank you, we appreciate you, rule the day, share a smile, etc.). I felt very welcome. Will be coming back for sure.

Bad customer service, no greetings, no talk of offers i.e. I went in on a Friday and didn’t realize until after I ordered that I could upgrade for free. When my drinks were done being prepared, she silently walked past me to put the drinks in the pick up section and didn’t say a word. Common courtesy should be standard practice.
